    elevator set up it's easy to go upstairs. Most of the items are on the 2nd fl. you can apply a membership by the counter.

    Disappointingly after learning the Staples on 776 Eighth Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan is permanently closed I trekked to another Staples that is currently open in operation. I am exhausted from trekking from one Staples to another in dire need of printer ink cartridges I came to this Midtown West location. The checkout queuing line is utterly chaotic without any system or signage in place one for purchases and a separate line for package shipments drop-off. I stood on line waiting to be serviced for twenty minutes and waited, and still waited prominently visible for a Staples associate to serve me. The foyer area of the store is poorly designed for queuing system of a checkout line. An agent of extreme chaos. How hard is it to walk behind the cash registers (where all the brand name printer ink cartridges Epson, Canon, HP, Brother) are located to search for my printer make and model? Years ago, every Staples location had a master book of brand name printer make and model to match the printer ink cartridges number where a Staples associate would quickly locate the cartridge number and distribute it to the customer for checkout. My experience on the Ides of March 2021 was despondent in the shadow of Julius Caesar's demise. There was only one retail cashier who was visibly acquiesce to check her cell phone to search for my printer make and model cartridge number. This female cashier appeared disgruntled with job burnt out as there were no other staff available, possibly furlough due to the effects of COVID-19, there was negative menacing energy emitted at me. The security guard is utter useless to direct customers as "every man for himself" is the belief here.

    The staff looks at you with hostility like you have ruined their day by forcing them to do their job. I tried to buy toner and the young woman rolled her eyes and took her time finishing texting her friends before addressing me. On another floor, I asked for help finding glue. I was told to look for it behind a pillar, meaning supplies were actually hidden behind the pillar against a corner where I would have to wedge in there to reach it. Then it wasn't even the correct aisle. The genius employee doesn't know the difference between ink stamping pads and glue. Don't worry, there are bargain items like the drugs they have on markdown that have been expired for 8 months! Is that even legal to sell?

    A small in the city Staples that covers your basic needs. Don't come here looking for five thousand choice to pick through but the have more than the basic covered. Surprisingly they have a large selection of Moleskine products which is two thumbs up in my book. The printer and copies are seem to have fits but be patience and work though the opportunities instead of being frustrated and yelling at the help. Check out can be slow but not DMV slow.

    Not the largest Staples, but they do carry staples and other office staples :) Service is okay an there's a copy center on the first floor. As an alternative there's also a Kinko's at on 34th off 8th (next to the Starbucks in the lobby of the tall building)

    Take this as your sign to just go to the Apple Store…read more First they placed a Samsung screen on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Red flag number one! The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
