Now, as a yarn addict and crochet fanatic I go in a lot! All the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. Whenever I've had a question about anything they've answered it with a smile on their face. The store is clean and well stocked, and my only complaint would be I wish they had an even bigger selection of yarn ... what they do have is great, but it seems AC Moore has them beat in sheet yarn acreage (but isn't as nice a shopping experience). As yarn has brought me in too often, I've also come to appreciate the other items they sell like holiday decorations, baking supplies (for my daughter who loves to make treats), vast amounts of adult coloring books (that my mom enjoys) and I've even recently considered trying some of their classes, though haven't jumped in yet. They seem to have a great schedule of DIY classes. I recently had a few posters framed at Michael's too and they did a great job. One of them required custom mounting and I was a bit nervous about it, but all were done quickly, at a reasonable price (coupons!), and turned out great. Of course, I go in to feed the yarn monster so often they are starting to know me by name! Really, there's a lot to like about Michael's in general and specifically this location. With several craft stores in the area, it's always my first choice.

Mixed experience. Great product but long delays and poor communication…read more I placed a custom domino order (Order #2467) on November 24th, 2025 and paid in full. I was originally told the turnaround time would be 4-8 weeks. The order ended up taking much longer than expected, and communication was very difficult. I sent multiple messages and did not receive responses for long periods of time, which made the process frustrating and left me unsure about the status of my order. The domino set finally arrived in early March 2026. I will say that the craftsmanship is excellent. The dominoes are beautifully made, and the wooden box with the engraved hometown from Puerto Rico was a really nice touch. It made a great gift and my friend loved it. Overall: great product quality, but the communication and timeline updates need serious improvement so customers are not left wondering about their orders.
