I fully take responsibility for that. However, when I returned, both the man and woman working there were insensitive, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told several calls had been made and that the cards had been thrown away because they are "not a storage facility." My number has not changed, and I never received any calls. My email was also available, yet no attempt was made to contact me that way. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service goes both ways. A credit toward a new order or simply handling the situation with professionalism and compassion would have gone a long way. You don't have to like every customer, but respect and professionalism should never be overlooked. How a business treats people during difficult times says a lot about its values.

Their prices were higher than other locations near by. 2. I measured the size locker I was interested in and it measured smaller than advertised. 3. The facility smelled like smoke. When I asked about it, I was assured smoking is not allowed inside the facility. So, either someone broke the rules or someone's stuff was producing third hand smoke.
