I was originally told the turnaround time would be 4-8 weeks. The order ended up taking much longer than expected, and communication was very difficult. I sent multiple messages and did not receive responses for long periods of time, which made the process frustrating and left me unsure about the status of my order. The domino set finally arrived in early March 2026. I will say that the craftsmanship is excellent. The dominoes are beautifully made, and the wooden box with the engraved hometown from Puerto Rico was a really nice touch. It made a great gift and my friend loved it. Overall: great product quality, but the communication and timeline updates need serious improvement so customers are not left wondering about their orders.

Prices were very competitive with online stores, but the owner is the true gem (sorry forgot her name ..... I am so embarrassed). The other employees were also very welcoming. Definitely worth the trip and I am going to enroll in some of her classes. Please support your local small business & visit this shop! Website: http://www.patchworks.com

We used Red Letter Day Invitations for my daughter's wedding. The entire process from start to…read morefinish was easy for us. Elliott listened to our ideas and was able to execute them better than we could have ever even imagined ourselves. His attention to detail is second to none. But it wasn't the gorgeous invitations that blew us away the most. The style that Elliott designed for the invitations followed through to the day of the wedding too. He made my daughter's wedding day menus, programs, escort cards, Instagram signs, cake topper, and give aways. And it all carried the same artistic theme. He created a style that followed cohesively through everything. It was almost as if the whole wedding was a brand... a cool, "hip," and beautiful brand! And to top it all off, he was a nice and easy-to-work-with guy. Went out of his way to make sure things looked right and were done on time. I highly recommend Red Letter Day Invitations to everyone!
