There are designer fabrics that are on sale for a big discount, which I really like. They have a nice outdoor fabric section, and up front there are $1/yard fabrics. I also got some really nice designer pillowcases for $5/set. The "Showroom" side has upholstery and designer fabrics and wallpapers in books and on the wall. They have pretty much every big designer name in there and it seems like they can do any type of window treatment or upholstery. They also have Hunter Douglas, with a ton of samples, which was really helpful to see in-person. Everyone who worked here was SO friendly to me. They really helped me find what I was looking for, and advised me on whether that fabric was right for that application, etc. I love this place and recommend it to all my friends!

Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to what my problem was with my serger when it was brought in for repair. Unfortunately the serger had to be replaced. They provided excellent customer service. I cannot express myself enough as to how I felt. I even had a chance to have the owner Linda sit with me and go over my new serger when I picked it up. Unfortunately, we have decided to downsize our drapery business and therefore had to discontinue our relationship with some vendors, including Fabricade. We called to let them know and to send a book back to them that they had recently sent us. When my co-worker called and explained our situation the man on the other end of the line was EXTREMELY rude. He insulted her, questioned her integrity and then eventually hung up the phone on her after she politely asked him to not be so rude. This was completely unprofessional. If we ever were to have thought about re-expanding we will not be renewing our relationship with this company.

These people have always been difficult. At first when I called a woman would answer and act like she couldn't be bothered, was bored and sorry to be there. Then two men, Ben and Larry, started answering and if they weren't being hard to talk to they were telling me lies about the delivery of my fabrics. When I questioned them about the fact that they'd told me delivery dates never met, they'd hang up on me or just put the phone down and walk away. I have never had to deal with two people more unprofessional in my life.

When I contacted them, they refused to honor the price I had already been billed, issued a refund and stated I could repurchase at the higher price. Purchase was made on 9/29 and refund issued 10/19. Very deceptive business. Will not shop from this store again and urge others to be cautious.​

I didn't see a lot of precut sets, but their five dollar a yard clearance section won me (and my bank balance) over. Really nice employees who greet you like you're a regular, and they have space in the back for classes. A friend of a friend raves about them, drives forty minutes just to attend so going myself is now on my quilting bucket list.
