I was disappointed. The entire time I was in the store the owner was on the phone. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store. You would think she would want the business??? As for the signs that lured me in, don't be fooled. There was a small section of picked over clearance merchandise in the back. The majority of the store was not on sale. I did see several items that I liked (in the full price section). I paused, touched, and basically went out of my way to make it clear I was interested if anyone was paying attention. But, I never once got a can I help you? I know I could have gone and asked for help but I didn't feel like interrupting her phone conversation and I didn't think I should have to. The reason for the two stars, the store has some nice items. But, that doesn't matter if you can't purchase them. The location isn't the best and I didn't enjoy being ignored. For those two reasons, I doubt I will return. In case the owner reads this . . . I walked in to your store in the mood to spend some money. I would have been a very easy sale. All you had to do was say " Hi. Can I help you?"

Don't be swayed by the "warranty", you get nothing to show you have a warranty. With storefronts closing left and right that is no assurance. and we move from state to state every few years... their word without a single written thing to give you guidelines or a contract to go off of is a joke... and they failed to mention at the time of purchase that the material is only covered for a year. After spending $10,000 for a set of couches and two chairs that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty you would think they would come delivered clean or even that the material would hold up for at least a year. Unfortunately, the couches were delivered with hand marks on them. Happened at the factory because delivery guys removed the plastic to find them there. When I contacted the store their initial response was could we wipe it off... Needless to say, it took a couple of weeks for them to get someone out to "clean" them. Even Worse the material was splitting on one of the couch cushions within 9 months. this is when they informed me a repair would be covered this time but that the warranty on material only lasts for 12 months. So much for that lifetime Warranty The staff was great but disappointed with the product we purchased.

Well I called them two days ago about the problem but I was told that they were bought out by another company and they won't honor the warranty beyond one year. They told me to call their Service Department but nobody has bothered to return the call. Don't buy from this store. My old sofa from Bob's held up better than this. Shame on Thomasville.
