WORST online shopping experience I've ever had! While they were selling an item for the most competitive sale price I could find, I regret trying to save a few bucks shopping with this store. Order was marked "completed" 11 days after placing it but no tracking information was ever assigned...I had to follow-up multiple times over the following weeks to get the status of my order. Initially I was told it would be shipping out 3 weeks after I ordered it and that I should receive a tracking number but I had to follow-up twice to find out the item was delayed another 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later I had to follow-up two more times to finally be told it's out of stock (even though the website still says in stock) and they were waiting on an ETA so they asked if I would like to cancel. When I agreed to, they cancelled it soon after but I again had to follow-up several times about a refund. At one point, their email support@lavenderfieldsonline.com could no longer be found! Was able to get them over text that I didn't receive the refund. They told me it was processed but to contact my credit card company. Ultimately, I had to file a dispute. ONLINE BUYER, BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from Lavender Fields online. I ordered a Pidgeon & Poodle Adana Soap Pump and a Brush Holder on January 4th, 2025 from Lavender Fields. After a long wait and several of my unreturned calls, texts and emails later, I finally received part of my order (the soap pump) on March 7th. I was told the brush holder would ship separately. When I did not hear anything from Lavender Fields for months, I finally emailed on May 27th and did not hear back until June 3rd after I left voicemail, texts and multiple emails stating that I was opening a dispute of the charge with AMEX. When I asked for my order to be cancelled and my unfulfilled part of the order refunded, someone (no name included) from LF wrote, "I will go ahead and cancel your order. Our apologies." They also texted that they would cancel my order. Accepted business practice would be to cancel and refund. However, Lavender Fields did not refund my money and somehow, as of July 3rd, convinced AMEX they had shipped my item, so my dispute was closed and I was charged for items I never received and never will. I had asked for a CANCELLATION and Lavender Fields acknowledged this. I have not received the brush holder and should not, because Lavender Fields should have cancelled my order. I had to re-open my dispute to get my money back. There are other incidents of bad faith business dealings on the part of Lavender Fields as recorded in various reviews online, including Google and Yelp; I am only sorry I did not see them before ordering. If you ever have a problem, good luck getting any response from customer service: they especially NEVER answer their phone. BOTTOM LINE: Their name name may be cute, but their online business practices are not. read more

While the quilt I received was exactly what I ordered and met my expectations quality wise, the customer service experience was absolutely unacceptable and has insured I will never order from this company again. Timeline of issues: -ordered quilt on June 19th with no shipping confirmation email received -after three weeks, had to contact them twice before getting any response -finally learned item was back ordered until end of August -end of August arrived with complete silence from the company -had to email four times in early September before receiving a response -Was told item had "just arrived" and would be expedited -despite promises of expedited shipping and a 9/30 delivery date, item didn't arrive until 10/2 The complete lack of proactive communication is inexcusable. Customer should not have to chase down basic order updates, especially when items are backordered. Having to send multiple follow up emails just to get a response shows a fundamental disrespect for customers time. The missed delivery promises further demonstrate unreliable service. The product itself was fine, but the customer service experience was so poor that it overshadows everything else. I ordered a $900 rug online from them to try to help a small business. They took my money, said the shipment was delayed, and then stopped responding to my emails and not answering my voicemails. Three months later I contact my credit card company to report fraud. When the charge was reversed, they sent me an email "your order was cancelled". I checked the Better Business Bureau website, which reports the business is suspected to be closed. Their website is currently up and running. Lavender Fields seems like a nice place to visit if ever in NY.. I feel better after reading other customersop having the same issues I am having.. there is no response to phone calls, emails etc..I finally got an email after numerous tries... I ordered four sleeping bed pillows and did not get a response for weeks it took four + weeks to receive ..would not have ordered if had known.. they finally arrived ,box in bad condition from Fed Ex , the next week I received another shipment from Fed Ex in worse boxing condition of the same pillows that were delivered...this was in June 2025... when I finally received an email about the extra pillows I did not order..they told me I had to take the big box and mail them back.. Honestly, I could have kept the pillows and they would of never known..I am trying to help them out ..I do like the bed pillows I orderedit is now October and still they are in my garage...I told them last week it was the last time I was contacting them and that I needed them to send me by mail shipping labels and have Fed Ex pick the box up...they said they can't call fed ex to pick them up..‍ Something doesn't seem right with this store especially the no customer service...it seems like it could be a lovely place to shop...
