The store was busy, she was helping multiple people at once, and she still provided great service to me while also taking care of the gentleman waiting for his paint. She handled the situation professionally and was very helpful. The checkout experience was very different. I went to purchase lawn seed that had a yellow sale tag, and the tag also indicated Ace members would receive an additional $1 off. Based on that, I expected it to be a good deal. There were two people behind the counter. One person was helping another customer, and the other man behind the counter yelled "next customer," which felt unnecessary given the small size of the store. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the interaction felt dismissive from the start. When I approached, he asked if I was an Ace member, I entered my phone number, and he proceeded to charge me $11 over the sale price. I pointed out the yellow sale tag on the shelf, and he rudely pointed out that it was last week's sale, which could be seen by the 4/28 date in tiny print. Today is 4/29, so I understand the sale had ended, but the sale tags were still up. Honestly, I did not notice the small date, and I relied on the sale sign that was still posted. He did not honor the sale price and seemed annoyed that I even asked about it. I always thought Ace was more customer friendly, but this experience was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment, explanation, or courtesy adjustment would have made a big difference. Based on this interaction, I guess I will have to shop elsewhere.

If you actually need your merchandise, you're better off shopping anywhere else. We went into the store on Wednesday April 30th and spent an hour selecting merchandise. We paid for the merchandise and paid for the delivery which was promised for Monday May 5th. We received four different text messages the last one on May 4th, promising delivery for May 5th. On May 5th we received notices saying there was a delay and promising delivery for May 6th. On the afternoon of May 5th we called the store to ask what time we should expect the delivery and was told that the delivery was not coming on the 6th it wouldn't come until the 7th. We explained that we needed it at the very latest on the morning of the 7th because a crew was coming in and needed the materials. The shipping supervisor said that the best she could do was sometime before 8:00 p.m. on the 7th. We begged and pleaded through various people from more than an hour and still were told the best they could do was sometime before 8:00 p.m. on the 7th. This morning I tried at what is supposedly the customer service number at 800-445-6937. It was absolutely useless. I spent another hour and a half talking to both Carlos, and his supervisor Walter. Carlos, in the first hour and 14 minutes of our phone call promised me a Wednesday delivery but again sometime before 8:00 p.m. I then asked for his supervisor. Walter came on and told me no, there's no delivery tomorrow and the best they could do is Friday. What in the world is going on with Lowe's that they can't get a simple delivery correct. Of the 17 items on our order they're telling me all 17 items are out of stock. I asked if we could get it from one of the other four stores in the immediate area and I was told no, that nobody was willing to contact the other stores and that it could only come from the store we originally ordered it from. I asked for the contact information on its administrative office and I was told there was no information available. If anyone has this information I would really appreciate it. And for the rest of you, please shop anywhere that is not Lowe's.

So our dryer began making noises which got louder and louder. Time for another trip to PC Richard's for a née one. The washer has outlived it's life expectancy for might as well make it a package. Our salesman was a little older man. Very nice, but I'll just leave it at that. Our purchase was in August and we were promised a two week delivery. Two weeks, no delivery. I kept calling but kept getting put off. This past Sunday we made a trip to the store, and I'm ready for a throw down. I want a manager and I want him now. Here comes Trevor. Very easy going and very understanding. It's all the supply chain issues due to Covid. I get it, but Trevor made no excuses. After checking with the warehouse he says "Mid December but I wouldn't count on it". Now what? Trevor goes to work checking inventory on all washers dryers. While he's checking he politely asks us to look at their models and maybe we'll see something else. Also sends another salesman, Michael, to help us. They come up with a slightly better model and Trevor works as much magic as he can to keep the price as close to the original. Bonus, it will be delivered on Wednesday, thats today. Yes three days after this fiasco Trevor, with an assist from Michael, have solved our problem. Washer and dryer were delivered today, hooked up and are Looking and working great. Thank you Trevor and Michael for the save. You have restored our love for PC Richard's.

    I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received on the morning of 3/18/26. Both my…read morewasher and dryer were scratched in multiple places during delivery, and my basement stairs sustained a significant wood chip. When I was documenting the damage, the delivery person made a dismissive comment about the front door being easier to use. I clarified that he never asked to use the front door, but he insisted otherwise, which was untrue. Most of the damage occurred while maneuvering the appliances down the basement stairs. Additionally, during installation, the washer hose snapped and caused water to spray everywhere. The delivery person simply taped the hose instead of properly fixing it. At the end of the delivery, he asked me to sign on his phone, but I refused due to my dissatisfaction. Later, I received an email with a forged signature and a statement refusing responsibility for any damage claims made after signing, which I never agreed to. I contacted the store and was only offered a $200 refund or a replacement, with no extension of the warranty despite my concerns about the damage. I also expressed my discomfort with having their delivery team return, so I accepted the refund to avoid further damage. They provided a contact number for the house damage claim, but I remain unsatisfied with this resolution. To make matters worse, the delivery person called me on his personal phone after I filed my claim, asking why I reported the incident to the store. I explained all of the damage and how he forged my signature and all he said was, "Yeah..". Now I'm being harassed on top everything. This is outrageous!

She was an outstanding sales woman, helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable about the products and she left you with a reason to come back. Last week I returned with my niece to buy a living room chair. Coincidentally ran into Maureen, and I asked to be helped by her. Maureen was acknowledging the smile on her face and said that's the one you need. She did not try and sell anything else. Because of her helpful yet casualness I continue to shop before she knew it. She had sold another chair to me. The delivery fellows just left. They were superb. They brought a very heavy electric armchair up the staircase. They had to go through a hallway with bends to it. They were done in no time. They helped maneuver a few things that could've been in the way and replaced everything intact. They could not have been better. These delivery men are the kind of fellas that everybody wants bringing items to their home or business all of the time. So polite and helpful.
