I ordered from Stoneybrook and they tell me I need to call Commack for information. Once again I cancelled and went to ACE HARDWARE for this one. 2 hours later I got it delivered. Try calling the store... good luck with that. Never a pick up other than the automated system. And this is in the last 3 weeks. I didn't mention that 3 years ago same thing happened with a washer and dryer stackable that was a 4k purchase. They failed to deliver it and canceled it. Once you enter the store there is a plethora and an incredible diversity of antiques carefully sectioned according to theme. Owned by Sabbath and assisted by Laura, the customer can easily get lost and forget the time. I found so many interesting items I didn't have the time to completely see everything. Initially, I telephoned the store searching for an antique candlestick telephone. Laura advised me she had one and she'd place it on the side till I could get to the store and not to worry. When I went to the store I met Laura who was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and informative. Many of the antiques are subject to price negotiation unless otherwise marked. Once I called the store seeking an antique Edison wax cylinder phonograph. Although they had none available, I was referred to other antique stores in the nearby area that might have what I was looking for. The owner, Sabbath, is a very friendly person who owns this treasure land and is also very friendly, knowledgeable and will work with the customer. Laura is totally the same. Time for another trip to PC Richard's for a née one. The washer has outlived it's life expectancy for might as well make it a package. Our salesman was a little older man. Very nice, but I'll just leave it at that. Our purchase was in August and we were promised a two week delivery. Two weeks, no delivery. I kept calling but kept getting put off. This past Sunday we made a trip to the store, and I'm ready for a throw down. I want a manager and I want him now. Here comes Trevor. Very easy going and very understanding. It's all the supply chain issues due to Covid. I get it, but Trevor made no excuses. After checking with the warehouse he says "Mid December but I wouldn't count on it". Now what? Trevor goes to work checking inventory on all washers dryers. While he's checking he politely asks us to look at their models and maybe we'll see something else. Also sends another salesman, Michael, to help us. They come up with a slightly better model and Trevor works as much magic as he can to keep the price as close to the original. Bonus, it will be delivered on Wednesday, thats today. Yes three days after this fiasco Trevor, with an assist from Michael, have solved our problem. Washer and dryer were delivered today, hooked up and are Looking and working great. Thank you Trevor and Michael for the save. You have restored our love for PC Richard's.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received on the morning of 3/18/26. Both my…read morewasher and dryer were scratched in multiple places during delivery, and my basement stairs sustained a significant wood chip. When I was documenting the damage, the delivery person made a dismissive comment about the front door being easier to use. I clarified that he never asked to use the front door, but he insisted otherwise, which was untrue. Most of the damage occurred while maneuvering the appliances down the basement stairs. Additionally, during installation, the washer hose snapped and caused water to spray everywhere. The delivery person simply taped the hose instead of properly fixing it. At the end of the delivery, he asked me to sign on his phone, but I refused due to my dissatisfaction. Later, I received an email with a forged signature and a statement refusing responsibility for any damage claims made after signing, which I never agreed to. I contacted the store and was only offered a $200 refund or a replacement, with no extension of the warranty despite my concerns about the damage. I also expressed my discomfort with having their delivery team return, so I accepted the refund to avoid further damage. They provided a contact number for the house damage claim, but I remain unsatisfied with this resolution. To make matters worse, the delivery person called me on his personal phone after I filed my claim, asking why I reported the incident to the store. I explained all of the damage and how he forged my signature and all he said was, "Yeah..". Now I'm being harassed on top everything. This is outrageous!

It's where my friend and I can catch up while we shop for pointless things that we don't need for our home, but we help each other rationalize it anyway before we have to sit in silence and pay attention. This is what a mom's night out is and we love it. This visit did not disappoint, as my friend picked up outdoor pillows for her house and I got us movie snacks. You could get lost in the store. I almost walked away with a $30 Kate Spade toaster, but knew it probably would've ended in divorce because who has a space for that.
