This antique store appears to be a small unassuming store. However, once you enter the store you immediately realize that it is smaller on the outside and bigger on the inside. Once you enter the store there is a plethora and an incredible diversity of antiques carefully sectioned according to theme. Owned by Sabbath and assisted by Laura, the customer can easily get lost and forget the time. I found so many interesting items I didn't have the time to completely see everything. Initially, I telephoned the store searching for an antique candlestick telephone. Laura advised me she had one and she'd place it on the side till I could get to the store and not to worry. When I went to the store I met Laura who was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and informative. Many of the antiques are subject to price negotiation unless otherwise marked. Once I called the store seeking an antique Edison wax cylinder phonograph. Although they had none available, I was referred to other antique stores in the nearby area that might have what I was looking for. The owner, Sabbath, is a very friendly person who owns this treasure land and is also very friendly, knowledgeable and will work with the customer. Laura is totally the same. I walked in not knowing what to expect and found a gold mine. Toughest thing is noticing the place from fast moving Middle Country Road. Once you realize where it is, parking is in the rear of the strip of stores, accessible via Middle Country or Stony Brook Roads. The selection inside is wide and varied, so i'm sure that like me you'll easily find items you desire. An absolute pleasure perusing and dealing with the proprietor. My fiancé and I love to go antique hunting, and this is by far one of the best antique stores we've found on Long Island thus far. The prices are very reasonable, and the selection is eclectic. They also have little alcoves of different themed rooms! Check out the hardware section, that was my favorite part. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE SMILES. THESE FOLKS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PEOPLE. My elderly mother is selling her home. Having collected colonial antiques throughout the late 1960s-early 1970s, she now is moving to a much smaller place. We had gotten an estimate of well over $1000 for the items. We understood that we would be there before any sales were made, to keep just this type of thing from happening. Then, Justina came, charmed and took, for ONLY $500, which is substantially less than the value of even one of the pieces. When my brother spoke to her and mentioned that this was the case, Justina was less than interested in being fair or honorable, despite the fact that she had been recommended and despite the fact that friends of my mother's had used her services. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Business is business, but taking advantage of the elderly is HEINOUS! read more

Great store, my husband and I travel often and love to visit antique stores. We had no idea that this one existed. Brought back lots of childhood memories. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
