I usually go in the late afternoon/early evening when it's nice and quiet, so it feels like a personal shopping experience (I have Aspergers, so this is wonderful!). I especially admire their unique Samhain (Halloween) décor around this time of year! If you're goth you know how hard finding spooky pieces that don't "scream Happy Halloween!!" (no pun intended) is to find, and enjoy all year long in your home. At Home should be on your list of places to find cool stuff. As for their other items, they have a nice selection. The departments in the store are neatly organised, well planned out, it's hard to not know where you are in this store. Some of their larger furniture pieces are nice, they look sturdy, and they have a good selection of styles to choose from. I purchased a gamer chair to use as a desk chair a month ago, free delivery for signing up to their newsletter, and it's still holding up very well! Was $200, not including tax. It was within my budget. Also purchased some cool gothic battery operated candles from them last year, they still work perfectly as well! The staff are friendly, the place is kept nice and clean, and the bathrooms are kept up well. Despite the overall positive things I have to rave about, there are a few downsides. Almost every time I've been here the scooter has died on me in the middle of my shopping. I use the scooter because I have chronic breathing problem that puts me at a risk of choking and passing out with physical exertion. The scooter tends to die on me in under 40 minutes. This applies to all 3 of them. I can walk, but not for a long time, and much slower than most people's normal pace. The scooters need to be charged for much longer than they currently are. Second complaint. While the quantity of products is impressive, the prices are not. Those gothic candles I mentioned earlier were $25. They are a set of three of black waxed LED pillar candles, three different heights, with detailed silver wax spiders on them, and the abdomen of the spiders have a red plastic diamond crystal on them. Very beautiful, but not worth that price, considering they don't come with a remote. Also, I purchased one of those cup holder tissue tubes-$5 for the tube with 50 or so (single ply) tissues! Far from the end of the world, but what a rip off!! A nice store to shop in, great products, but a on the pricey side for sure. I recommend, but budget a bit more money.

Within a month the flooring is falling apart and separating. They are creating tripping hazards for me, my husband and our family. We submitted a warranty claim that went absolutely nowhere. Floor & Decor had an expert come (that we had to pay for) just to tell us it was the person that installed the floors that caused the damage. This is absolutely not the case, my husband tested the extra planks and saw that the planks are breaking off with the barest of touches. Floor & Decor is doing absolutely NOTHING about this and refuses to acknowledge our warranty. Whenever we try to pursue this, they claim our case has been closed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else but here!!!

The salesman said he would call me in 45 minutes with information where to find the closest Bob's that had the product in store (He then wanted me to call him after I saw it to place the order with him), but I never received a call. It was really nice of Dominique and Amanda to go out of their way and pull various pieces from their back stock for me to try on. Sadly, most of the pieces I really wanted were either much too big or much too small, but thats how vintage goes sometimes. I managed to leave with a 50s cotton dress and a 50s cotton circle skirt, both of which Im very thrilled about. Prices are slightly higher, but overall pretty fair. Theres pieces for every budget in this shop, without a doubt. I'll definitely visit again next time Im in town, and will certainly check out their social media regularly to see if theres anything I might want to have shipped to me. I'm attending a wedding next week with a vintage 1960s sequin dress that I got there over seven years ago. Anytime I need something special that's where I go.
