Our first kitchen set was from them and I was short two chairs from the set I bought for a moving in party. David and his Dad went upstate to get me the two chairs so I would have them in time. I remember saying wow what great and I have never for got what they did for me. That was 22 years ago. My second set I bought from them had chairs and after a few years needed to be redone and David advised us to restuff the chairs and recover them. They came back looking like brand new. Was very happy. Unfortunately just under 2 years the leather on the seats started to crack and I called David and he said to bring in the chair. After seeing the chair David honored redoing them and recommended restuffing them so they would come out right. Since we had a problem as always price wise he did right by us and backed his product and they came out beautiful. I believe most other stores would not of helped us after that time period and turned us away. I would highly recommend David and Dinette and Lighting to anyone. They stand for the word customer service. They also have beautiful furniture, fixtures and Tables. David is kind, honest and caring and there work is beautiful. You would not be disappointed at all. I usually go in the late afternoon/early evening when it's nice and quiet, so it feels like a personal shopping experience (I have Aspergers, so this is wonderful!). I especially admire their unique Samhain (Halloween) décor around this time of year! If you're goth you know how hard finding spooky pieces that don't "scream Happy Halloween!!" (no pun intended) is to find, and enjoy all year long in your home. At Home should be on your list of places to find cool stuff. As for their other items, they have a nice selection. The departments in the store are neatly organised, well planned out, it's hard to not know where you are in this store. Some of their larger furniture pieces are nice, they look sturdy, and they have a good selection of styles to choose from. I purchased a gamer chair to use as a desk chair a month ago, free delivery for signing up to their newsletter, and it's still holding up very well! Was $200, not including tax. It was within my budget. Also purchased some cool gothic battery operated candles from them last year, they still work perfectly as well! The staff are friendly, the place is kept nice and clean, and the bathrooms are kept up well. Despite the overall positive things I have to rave about, there are a few downsides. Almost every time I've been here the scooter has died on me in the middle of my shopping. I use the scooter because I have chronic breathing problem that puts me at a risk of choking and passing out with physical exertion. The scooter tends to die on me in under 40 minutes. This applies to all 3 of them. I can walk, but not for a long time, and much slower than most people's normal pace. The scooters need to be charged for much longer than they currently are. Second complaint. While the quantity of products is impressive, the prices are not. Those gothic candles I mentioned earlier were $25. They are a set of three of black waxed LED pillar candles, three different heights, with detailed silver wax spiders on them, and the abdomen of the spiders have a red plastic diamond crystal on them. Very beautiful, but not worth that price, considering they don't come with a remote. Also, I purchased one of those cup holder tissue tubes-$5 for the tube with 50 or so (single ply) tissues! Far from the end of the world, but what a rip off!! A nice store to shop in, great products, but a on the pricey side for sure. I recommend, but budget a bit more money.

I wasn't totally pleased with the white base compared to the white linen which was more rustic. Mark, our salesperson, answered all our questions and offered to switch the base for me. I was SOLD! Additionally, I could choose the chairs I wanted as well. The table and chairs could be delivered in ONE week! I was thrilled. And they were offering a special deal where you got a small area rug free with your purchase. And I got to pick that too!Know that, I've been looking for an affordable kitchen dining set for quite some time and had convinced myself that I would only find it in Lancaster, PA. Restored Timbers was able to give me my dream kitchen dining set. There was a little hiccup in that my white linen chairs were not in stock when my table was delivered so I was given loaner chairs instead of delaying my original delivery date. This is the only reason why they lost a star in my review here. It took a little over a month for my white linen base chairs to come in, but they were worth the wait.
