We we're looking to buy a new couch for our back room that overlooks the pool. Figured it's just a couch so let's give 5th Ave discount furniture store a try. Very pleased we did! We were warmly greeted and asked if we needed help. We replied thank you and we'll look for you if we have any questions. It felt vey relaxing to casually walk around the no frills showroom in peace without a sales person stalking and pressuring us. Seriously, don't change your laid back way, it felt great to look around without any stress. Hub and i picked out a quality couch with a discount price and was helped by salesman Talal. He was a pleasure to deal with and offered us complementary water bottles. We were delighted to hear about the free delivery within the week. Fast foward 5 days passed and our furniture was delivered as promised. Delivery men were polite and professional. Set up and took the wrap with them. It's been a few weeks now and i keep looking at my new couch and think what a great price we got and how sturdy it is. And again, FREE DELIVERY. Delivery lie after lie after lie, no matter who we spoke with. Danielle believing she has the last word above anyone, saying Max has no authority to make decisions (I like to call her Saint Danielle) Max telling me Danielle acts that way when she hasn't taken her medication. The unprofessionalism of this crew talking behind each other's backs!!! One day it's being delivered, the next it hasn't even been built yet?? It was jumping from warehouse to warehouse depending on who we spoke with - any house BUT our house!!! Max promising full refunds, Danielle refusing them. I finally decided to go to small claims court, where someone else was there to sue them as well. The mediator forced us to allow them to deliver the couch that suddenly existed when they received the lawsuit. Received the couch, but of course there was even more drama, Saint Danielle wanted me to sign an NDA. I refused - never do that!!! Like I said, this is a compacted version I have a full detailed diary of everything. Google the company - the owner is always behind on taxes, and then reopens under a different name. That day in court, we were advised there apparently was yet another sign posted on the business door. Save yourself the aggravation and LISTEN to the negative reviews.

It was nice to be mostly us. When booking there were some issues with differences in pricing. I called though and they took care of it giving me the lower listed price. The caddy's come put together. I thought we would build them as well so that was disappointing. I guess it would have taken too long. We stained the wood and dried it and then she came around with a pre made stencil with your phrase and you painted it. Really wasn't that much to it. Anyone could do it but it was fun as a girls night out. The instructor was professional and organized. She did a nice job. I would book another class with this company.

The guys came for delivery and had the wrong couch ...after spending a while putting it together…read moreoutside. Then returned without a scheduled call, banged a few doors on the way in, and scratched up my wood floors sliding furniture around in a hurry. On top of that, they stuffed all the garbage into our nearest can and left plastic overflowing onto our driveway. Will never buy here again. I called and spoke with Bob who seemed concerned and said he was sending someone back to take pictures. No one showed, and it's been a week.
