After spending $10,000 for a set of couches and two chairs that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty you would think they would come delivered clean or even that the material would hold up for at least a year. Unfortunately, the couches were delivered with hand marks on them. Happened at the factory because delivery guys removed the plastic to find them there. When I contacted the store their initial response was could we wipe it off... Needless to say, it took a couple of weeks for them to get someone out to "clean" them. Even Worse the material was splitting on one of the couch cushions within 9 months. this is when they informed me a repair would be covered this time but that the warranty on material only lasts for 12 months. So much for that lifetime Warranty The staff was great but disappointed with the product we purchased.

Joe has come to our home to help us to measure, come up with pieces and ideas as well as things is small is picking out paint colors/ He now puts it on a computer with an architectural rendering of what the room would look like.
