After spending $10,000 for a set of couches and two chairs that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty you would think they would come delivered clean or even that the material would hold up for at least a year. Unfortunately, the couches were delivered with hand marks on them. Happened at the factory because delivery guys removed the plastic to find them there. When I contacted the store their initial response was could we wipe it off... Needless to say, it took a couple of weeks for them to get someone out to "clean" them. Even Worse the material was splitting on one of the couch cushions within 9 months. this is when they informed me a repair would be covered this time but that the warranty on material only lasts for 12 months. So much for that lifetime Warranty The staff was great but disappointed with the product we purchased.

Went to pick up the floor a day later and while I was waiting I found 10-20 other floors that were in my price range. I felt obligated to take what I had ordered and paid for. Not only was the salesman lazy, the place stunk of cigar smoke. Made me sick. I also bought a single floor reducer. 72" molding like item. Went back yesterday to pick up another one and was told the price was $40. I was shocked. Basically a flimsy strip of molding. Told him I was shocked and he said, that's the price. Check HD/LOWES and they sell the same item for 22 which I still find to be absurd. And after all that, I had the floor installed and it looks and feels like crap.
