My opinion was not a great selection only recliners and some couches no set up rooms. Seemed disorganized

DO NOT BUY FROM JENNIFER FURNITURE VIA THEIR WEBSITE (although I doubt they are any better in person)!!!!! I bought a leather (hmm, not entirely leather, as I now know) convertible sofa July 6, 2024. It arrived with a gouge on one arm which (after multiple attempts at contacting them and hearing nothing could be done) they fianlly said they would replace. I waited several months, calling and emailing them regularly for updates which were always the same. Until they finally said it could NOT be replaced because the manufacturer no longer made the item. They offered me a $200 discount to keep it as is which I did not want. In October 2024 I received an email stating they could ABSOLUTLEY replace the faulty arm and I would receive it in less than 14 weeks. That was over 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING. THEIR QUALITY IS POOR, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR FURNITURE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! tHE GOUGE IS RIGHT ON TOP OF THE ARM WHERE ITS VERY VISIBLE. read more

Beware!!! Dishonest. Mario "Lied" about putting in cancellation paperwork for refund. Cancelled at the time of purchase when it was revealed upon further inquiry that we were getting the floor model. It's three weeks and refund has still not posted. Spoke to him on phone and he confirmed he did not do the refund as agreed then lied about it. read more

I never gave a store a bad review but they deserved every bit of this review. Don't shop at this Jennifer Convertible store. They are liars. Bought a sectional from them and ask for warranty and fabric protection. Found out they never put it in my paperwork. When I called them back they lied and said, I didn't want it. I have 3 kids in my house. What Mother wouldn't have protection on her furniture when she has little ones. Please Go to Raymond & Flanigan or Ashley stores. Purchased an Ashley bedroom set from the store in Patchogue (which is now closed). Received the furniture in November 2020. The entire set was either defective or broken. Extremely poor craftmanship!!! As of today, June 24, 2021, we still have not received any of the replacement pieces as promised. When we call we just keep getting the run around and being told that they will have to look into it and somone will get back to us. No one EVER gets back to us. Been patient long enough. Filing a claim in small claims court. read more

My parents ordered furniture here in Oct of 2020 which has still not arrived. After a series of delays it was supposed to arrive today so they sold their existing furniture yesterday to make room. They just found out it is delayed again and are unable to get the situation resolved with customer service. They are both senior citizens and now having to sit on the floor. I walked in to the patchogue/Holbrook store ..Andrè greeted me with a warm smile ..stayed close by while I figured out measurements/colors for my new sectional . the store is very clean (unlike the Coram store, which I tried the day before..Gross) ordering was made easy as Andrè took over ..I hope I love my new couch as much as I loved my customer service experience! Wait time , 12-13 weeks is kinda long but I am special ordering the color and location of recliners ..So wait time is totally expected. I would def order from Jennifer Furniture again read more

The manager Andre knows his collection and pricing. Didn't follow us around like a shark like other furniture stores which was greatly appreciated, got to shop around and ask questions as needed. Found a couch very easily, and a few weeks later a mattress. Store is setup very nicely read more

Great shopping experience. My fiance and I had gone in and out of several furniture stores. Every store we were in we were attacked the instant we walked through the door and then followed throughout the store. Made us feel pressured and uncomfortable. We walked into Jennifer and Andre greeted us and let us know he was available for assistance. He didnt follow us around and harass us and was there when we did call him for help. He knew measurements of the furniture off the top of his head. Overall great experience. We even went back in for a matress a couple weeks later. read more

My husband and I ordered a lot of furniture from the store in July of this year. We bought living room, dining room and bedroom furniture totaling over $18,000. While we understand there are delays in shipping, we have called the store repeatedly asking for an update. Our sales person, Emmett Smith, promised to let us know if anything came in early he would have it delivered to us. So far nothing has come and he has not returned our phone calls. After sales service with this store is absolutely horrible. I ordered a sofa from Pottery Barn at the same time and it has already arrived. The people there were wonderful and returned my call immediately. Stay away from Jennifer Convertibles. And Emmett Smith does not come through. He will sell you furniture but after collecting your money he goes radio silent! Stay away people!!! read more

What an awful experience. When I bought a lift chair delivery was far longer then I was told. The very expensive recliner I purchased broke 2 weeks ago, just a year old. I bought the service package, which is a joke . Mind you the chair is unusable. It takes a week and multiple calls to get a service man to call you. Now they called with a date more then a month away to come and look at the chair. Worst store, worst service . Do not buy from them read more

I can't say enough great things about this store. The furniture is gorgeous and the prices are reasonable. I bought a sectional couch and dining room set and the salesman Andre worked with us on pricing and was super helpful without being overbearing. No high pressure sales here. The delivery was quick and came right on time. We were updated throughout the morning about our delivery. The delivery guys were super professional, very careful in setting up the furniture and cleaned up any mess they made with the packaging. When they left our furniture was perfect. The quality of the furniture is beautiful and strong. I could not be happier with my decision to buy my furniture here. Highly recommended! 5+ stars. read more

Just purchased a couch for the first time from Jennifer and was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Refreshingly NOT pushy salespeople. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a mattress on December 5, 2019. They told me it would be delivered in 1-2 weeks. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks I reached out and they kept pushing back the delivery date. Finally after 5 weeks they told me it's getting delivered to me on January 22. They said they would call me to set up a delivery window. Well I just got an automated call that assigned me a window and when I tried to call back "the mailbox is full" wtf? I wait a month and a half for a god damn mattress and now I can't pick what time of day works better for me? The associates who I spoke to (I think only one man works there because he's the only one who has answered when I called) has not been apologetic and seems not to care. I called customer service and there's nothing they can do because they only handle broken furniture? This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with and regret ever stepping foot in that store. I've been sleeping on my floor since last month since my old mattress went. Why would you guarantee me a mattress in two weeks tops? I even said 2 weeks was stretching it since I needed a new one ASAP! And now it's been almost 2 months. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I even looked them up on BBB and I'm not the only one with this issue. We were the only people in the store when we bought the mattress and now I understand why. read more

To say I'm disappointed by the customer service of Jennifer's Furniture is an understatement. My husband and I purchased a dining room table on President's Day (February 19th), leaving a $270 deposit. We were told there would be a 2-4 week delivery window. Roughly two and half weeks later we received a phone call that the table we purchased did not come with the desired extension and we had to make a change in our request. We did not hear anything from Jennifer's Furniture for nearly four weeks later, upon which we called to speak with a sales rep. We were told they would call us back. A week later we had not heard from them and we called them again. We were told that our table would be in the warehouse the first week of April. We called them the first week of April and were told that a manager would call us by the end of the week. On Friday, April 6th we had still not heard from them so we called the following Tuesday, April 10th. We were told by the manager that he would call the warehouse, find out for us and then call us back. (At this point receiving a return phone call with any sort of information seemed comical). By the end of the week we were told that the delivery would be the week of April 29th due to some backordering, which we were completely unaware of. At this point, we requested a price discount to which the manager said he could waive the delivery fee of $150. We requested the waive of the full deposit and were told he would find out and call us back. We received a message several days later that $130 would be taken off. I called the furniture store on May 3rd expecting to hear that my table was in the warehouse and to find out if the $130 is in addition to the delivery fee, or if it was the total amount and was told someone would call me back. As of today, May 4th, we have yet to hear from Jennifer's Furniture and needless to say will be getting a table from elsewhere. read more
