All my items I have purchase have been longer than expected. Try getting a new kitchen. Good Luck! I waited over 6 months past the due date and 6 more months when the wrong items were sent. Regardless, I purchased my kitchen table set and chairs from Stanleys and I love them. The quality is always great and the salesman are always patient and helpful. I guess they can work on following up with the manufacturer a month prior to the due date, but that said. I have been shopping there for over 30 years. I have bedroom sets that long, and they still look great. If you want quality , sometimes it is worth the wait.

It arrived with a gouge on one arm which (after multiple attempts at contacting them and hearing nothing could be done) they fianlly said they would replace. I waited several months, calling and emailing them regularly for updates which were always the same. Until they finally said it could NOT be replaced because the manufacturer no longer made the item. They offered me a $200 discount to keep it as is which I did not want. In October 2024 I received an email stating they could ABSOLUTLEY replace the faulty arm and I would receive it in less than 14 weeks. That was over 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING. THEIR QUALITY IS POOR, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN! After an initial visit to Furniture Bazaar, we shopped around at some big and small furniture stores in the area and also online, we found that the best deal was with furniture bazaar. We ordered the furniture we wanted and were told it had to be ordered and would take two weeks. As promised, it was delivered timely and with no problem. The sales people in the store were very accommodating and delivery was also on time and delivery men set up the furniture and removed the trash. I highly recommend this furniture store. read more

This is a fantastic family-owned furniture store. From start to finish Raj and his family helped me with all of my furniture needs. I came in looking for a bedroom set, I was shown what they had on the floor as well as their online options. I ultimately chose a bedroom set that was delivered and set up perfectly. I even went back for another nightstand. They were not pushy sales people whatsoever which was a true breath of fresh air when shopping in this industry. I ordered my couch in may but with all the stores being shut it was just delivered today. Raj and Sonia were so helpful. They really worked with me to stay on my budget. I really think in these times we especially need to support our local businesses. I love my new couch and would definitely recommend them if your looking to buy furniture. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped us find a sectional that was amazing. It was ordered and delivered in no time at all. Upon entering I was blown away by the sheer size of the furniture store as well as the magnitude of inventory selection. There was so much to see and look at. You could have a custom table made where you pick the actual wood slab and base color. Their products are gorgeous. After much browsing, I decided on a reclaimed barnyard table. I wasn't totally pleased with the white base compared to the white linen which was more rustic. Mark, our salesperson, answered all our questions and offered to switch the base for me. I was SOLD! Additionally, I could choose the chairs I wanted as well. The table and chairs could be delivered in ONE week! I was thrilled. And they were offering a special deal where you got a small area rug free with your purchase. And I got to pick that too!Know that, I've been looking for an affordable kitchen dining set for quite some time and had convinced myself that I would only find it in Lancaster, PA. Restored Timbers was able to give me my dream kitchen dining set. There was a little hiccup in that my white linen chairs were not in stock when my table was delivered so I was given loaner chairs instead of delaying my original delivery date. This is the only reason why they lost a star in my review here. It took a little over a month for my white linen base chairs to come in, but they were worth the wait. If you're in the market for a dining set then you have got to have Restored Timbers on your list!
