Audrey and Frank were friendly and helpful at every step of the process, from obtaining fabric swatches to ordering the furniture to attending to shipping details. Our rattan sunroom set looks beautiful - the cushions look great with the pattern aligned identically on all of them. Everything was packed meticulously to make sure there was no damage in transit - the frames, the cushions and the glass table top were all in perfect shape. We were advised that it could take as long as 10-12 weeks for the shipment, so we were more than pleasantly surprised when it arrived after just 2 weeks. We needed new cushions for our Lloyd Flander furniture, We have purchased Lloyd Flanders replacement cushions in the past and they are so expensive we decided to shop around and came across Kozy Kingdom. We picked out a fabric and emailed and then called Mr. Frank Morris the owner and he told us how to measure for the cushions.
