Very disappointed that I wasn't making it to Lancaster, PA to find a new kitchen dining set, I found this store in a Google search. I figured I had nothing to lose and had basically zero expectations walking in. Upon entering I was blown away by the sheer size of the furniture store as well as the magnitude of inventory selection. There was so much to see and look at. You could have a custom table made where you pick the actual wood slab and base color. Their products are gorgeous. After much browsing, I decided on a reclaimed barnyard table. I wasn't totally pleased with the white base compared to the white linen which was more rustic. Mark, our salesperson, answered all our questions and offered to switch the base for me. I was SOLD! Additionally, I could choose the chairs I wanted as well. The table and chairs could be delivered in ONE week! I was thrilled. And they were offering a special deal where you got a small area rug free with your purchase. And I got to pick that too!Know that, I've been looking for an affordable kitchen dining set for quite some time and had convinced myself that I would only find it in Lancaster, PA. Restored Timbers was able to give me my dream kitchen dining set. There was a little hiccup in that my white linen chairs were not in stock when my table was delivered so I was given loaner chairs instead of delaying my original delivery date. This is the only reason why they lost a star in my review here. It took a little over a month for my white linen base chairs to come in, but they were worth the wait. If you're in the market for a dining set then you have got to have Restored Timbers on your list! read more

The customer service was good, but the quality of the table isn't. It is the softest wood with the top coat that chips off for no reason. This table has been babied and has a complete split down the middle which they came and just caulked. Water was actually going right through it when a cup spilled and that's how we found out it wasn't just a little crack on top. Pieces of topcoat will get caught on clothing and pull off. I wish we went with this other company instead. There's a difference between rustic, and just looking banged up in a bad way. It's not even two years old. read more

Very disappointed! Ordered 2 tables on 2/2/2025.. was told 6 weeks... I had to call them twice and make an appearance at the store. Today is 4/26/25.. Would have thought they would reach out once to keep us up to date, nope!! each contact it was a different story and 6 more weeks. Finally only to be told maybe another 4 weeks but they can't give us a date, because it's trumps fault.. I would recommend buying stock items.. really nice stuff but the customer service can be much better! read more

My wife and I are in the process of home renovation and we were looking for a dining room set. We always loved the solid wood / rustic look but other than potentially buying something Amish and shipping it or bringing it home ourselves we didn't know about any local options. On Christmas Eve my wife's cousin recommended Restored Timbers. We checked out the fantastic website and decided to visit on Wednesday 12/27. We met with Mark who was extremely professional, helpful, and answered all of our questions. We purchased a large butterfly table with 10 chairs at a fantastic price! The entire set was delivered this morning, 12/29!!!! Mark called the day prior to delivery to very the delivery window and the service called 15 minutes prior to confirm as well. I bought a table 2 years ago from this place. My wife and I really wanted one of these restored large tables for our dining room. We must have shopped on and off for two years. We saw their tables and at the time didn't want to spend the money. After looking around in and out of New York State for so long we realized that Restored Timbers products are very high quality and fairly priced. We now have the table about two years and it looks as great as day one. It is very solid and heavy. It is not a table you buy like other furniture and then maybe replace it many years down the line. This thing is real wool and extremely thick. It could probably last generations and be sanded and refinIshed many times over if necessary. I am very satisfied with this table and strongly recommend this store. I know they also order some tables from outside producers but I would stay away from those and stick to the ones they make at the place. They will cost more but are of very high quality and will be in your house for a lifetime and can be passed on for generations. read more

We had a great experience buying a dining room set from Restored Timbers. Fair prices and quality products. About a month after accepting delivery I noticed a chip in one of the chairs. I called to see if I could buy a replacement (since a month had gone by at this point), and they said just bring it in and they'd replace it no charge - very generous! read more
