I told him I needed time to decide which way I was gonna go and left. I felt pressured and obligated and uncomfortable. I stopped at capital One Bank and right next door was 1800 Fastbed! I took down the phone # and called the next morning. So glad I did!! The gentleman who helped me make my purchase is Mark (he's also the owner) is amazing. He did not persuade me to get what I didn't want. He was so nice and patient and knowledgeable that I was relaxed. He saved me $600 compared to Mattress Firm (used to be sleepys) The whole interaction was incredible. What a stand up guy and company he owns. I totally recommend purchasing your mattress/box spring / furniture here- you won't be disappointed!!!!

In less then 1 year the mattress sagged so much on one side you sleep slanted . I put in a warranty claim and they denied it saying this is normal . It is absolutely not normal and then I checked consumer affairs where this is their practice of denying legit claims and disregarding customers once you paid. Beware and buy somewhere if you have a problem that is legit they actually help you . All places are great if no problem ever exists .. but having a 10 year warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on . Shop elsewhere .

The only downside to my experience (and I'm sure this is a one off fluke thing) was after laying down on multiple mattresses to get a real feel, I found my shirt was covers in freshly cut hair... I had not gotten a haircut in weeks so this hair I was covered in was not mine.... Overall pleasant experience though even still. There were no hard ball sales tactics or the feeling of being pressured to buy something right-away. They had all the answers we needed and took their time to make sure we understood our options.

Wednesday arrives, the company calls us to leave the box spring outside because they'll be here in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they show up and refuse to exchange it because it's "wet." It's not WET, it's COLD from being outside - and call me crazy but...you messed up, and now it's our fault?? The trucking company called and told us to call the store. The original sales person we dealt with is off, so the man in the store gave me the number of the dispatch office for the trucking company and told me to call them because he couldn't help me. I called the dispatch who got angry that I even had their number, put me on hold and never picked back up. So I called the trucking company back, who told me that there's nothing they can do because they don't have the "authority," we were stop 10 out of 19 and the truck has moved on. There is a complete and total lack of customer service and integrity with this company. As soon as they have your money it's a run around to fix mistakes that aren't even your fault. With so many places to purchase mattresses, I can safely say that we will never even LOOK at Mattress Firm again and I would encourage anyone else to save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. She was SO helpful with products and sizing for what we were looking for. She clearly loved what she does and knows her stuff. Our purchase was due to her wonderful help and guidance. We went home to double check the measurements and returned back to make the purchase when she was there. She also offered to finalize the purchase over the phone if it was easier for us. On 12 Oct 2024, we purchased a recliner on clearance. Aside from normal wear and tear from being a…read moredisplay piece, the recliner was in relatively well maintained shape. Upon loading the recliner into the bed of my pickup truck, one of the managers (did not catch his name) that was helping to load it on, tripped over a furniture dolly and tore the corner of the recliner open. My brother and I did not notice and IF the salesman and manager noticed, they did not say anything. However, the manager was quick to have my brother sign for the recliner. Upon arriving to the house is when we noticed the damage. The salesman was called and we were informed that due to it being a clearance item, all sales were final. Also, since the warranty was declined, repairs would be at our expense. We explained that the damaged was caused by their employee and the photos were provided but it did nothing to sway them. While the salesman was personable, we are severely disappointed by the lack of integrity and dishonest business practice. We will now let the bank handle this issue since the team at this Ashley Furniture refuse to.

We were not happy and declined, and did financing for 24 months at 0%. The manager Mike kept saying there is a price match available if we find it somewhere less expensive, and that we were getting all the Black Friday discounts. We did not get the Black Friday discounts and specials, and when I called about a price match, he just discredited the website that was offering it, Then proceeded to tell me that if they do a price match, our financing goes down to 12 months. I called Ashley's corporate number to see if they can assist, they told me Mike would reach out again to see if anything can be done, Mike never called. The price online also included a chaise lounge, and was still less then Ashley's price with delivery. Also the people sent to put together the couch, didn't know how to, they claimed a clip was broken, we had to wait for the clip to be mailed to us, upon receiving the clip we called to have someone come over and install the new clip, and he told us nothing is broken, they just didn't set it up correctly. Do not go to this store, search around online and save money.
