Absolutely WORST quality place to buy from. If I could give them 0 stars I would! We are in a new build home and purchased NuCore Luxury Vinyl and had it installed. Within a month the flooring is falling apart and separating. They are creating tripping hazards for me, my husband and our family. We submitted a warranty claim that went absolutely nowhere. Floor & Decor had an expert come (that we had to pay for) just to tell us it was the person that installed the floors that caused the damage. This is absolutely not the case, my husband tested the extra planks and saw that the planks are breaking off with the barest of touches. Floor & Decor is doing absolutely NOTHING about this and refuses to acknowledge our warranty. Whenever we try to pursue this, they claim our case has been closed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else but here!!! read more

Christine D, the decorator we worked with was amazing. We are renovating a condo in florida. Christine helped us find tile that we love for both bathrooms. She found coordinating tile for shower walls and floors that is beautiful. She also recommended amazing flooring throughout the condo. She went above and beyond helping us, and sending our order to the florida store for pick up. She stayed late to personally call the florida store manager and confirm the order was actually in stock. There are absolutely no words that could describe the high level of quality service and professionalism that designer Carol Reitz Butler showed my father and I while helping us plan several bathrooms. During each visit, Carol was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind as we grappled with figuring several extensive projects. Several months back, my family and I suffered a terrible house fire that is requiring us to rebuild most of the house. It has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process. Without question, Carol made a stressful situation incredibly enjoyable. She took time to listen to all of our ideas and made wonderful suggestions along the way. Carol spent an enormous amount of time going through every single detail with us. We didn't feel rushed at any point. We visited the Bohemia store for the 2nd time yesterday. We had ordered tile a few weeks ago. We cleared our hose for construction and lost the list of grout that we picked. We found out that our original designer, Sarah, was working. She walked us through picking out the grout, and even remembered most of our choices. I went to the Farmingdale store a few times. There was only one man working in the wall tile area. Although he was helpful, he was the only customer service person there.
