If you are shopping for something specific, you will not always find it. That's the point of an outlet. The inventory is constantly changing but you can score INSANE deals if you are patient. I stopped in today and was lucky enough to score a 5' Gold Starlit Tree for over 80% off retail. INSANE deal, especially considering I purchase a 3' one at their NYC full price retail store last Christmas for more than 3x that! I've done really well in their lighting department in the past as well. You just have to be patient and dig. They are ALWAYS having sales. Today's sale was an additional 25% off your purchase, but I've bought items when they were having an additional 40% off too. That's probably their best sale but that's also when their inventory is the most picked over. On to their customer service. For whatever reason, the same woman always ends up helping me. So, today I asked her name and I'm going to sing her praises. Donna, if you are reading this, you are WONDERFUL! Donna is always kind, informative, and she will go out of her way to help you if you have a question or need assistance. I will continue to shop RH for years to come.

It truly amazes me every time I go into the store, how much variety it carries within their moderately sized space. I bought screws and tools on a regular basis. I went to exchange an empty propane tank and they charged me $39 plus tax. I thought it was excessive. Maybe you need to shop around for better prices. Service is excellent but that is not the issue.

And they were all so helpful! I had two separate large orders of blocks and wood, plus a wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow wouldn't fit in my car, nor would anything else. I placed one order at customer service with a terrific lady who had a lot of service pins and brown hair, but whose name I can't remember, sadly, because I was crazed, and one today at the Pro desk with Dave. Both were very knowledgeable and helped me place my orders with efficiency. The garden center is in full bloom, with a great selection of plants. Prices do seem high, alas, but I haven't checked out local nurseries yet. I bought some flowers, planted nearly all, and easily returned three that had gotten brown and floppy. Will go back later for vegetables. I don't have any complaints. Not entirely happy about some of the prices, but for landscaping blocks, they still have good deals.
