    Best place for kitchen cabinets. Michael and Judy are super helpful. Good selection of tiles and stones also.

    In April 2026, Wren Kitchens abruptly shut down all US operations and filed for bankruptcy -…read morewithout filing a WARN notice, without notifying employees, and without informing the thousands of customers who trusted them with their homes. Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

The baseboard of the cabinets is constantly moving began cabinets are opened or you walk by and your foot touches it. This should not happen it is inferior installation. When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. Now I see they have filed bankruptcy and maybe that is why the customer service never replied. I owe them money but will now insist that they service the inferior installation before paying them anymore .

After I left the store, I checked Lowe's website and discovered the same mower was listed for much less. I went back to speak with the employee who sold it to me. First, he offered to lower the price to $425. Then, after I showed him the website price of $409 for the same model, he still tried to pressure me into accepting the open-box item at that price, which I refused. It was obvious he was unhappy after I discovered he had tried to sell me an open-box item at a much higher price than a brand-new one. He did not even want to handle the return himself and instead told me to wait in the return line. I waited, and when it was finally my turn, the customer service lady refused to process the refund and said a store manager had to approve it. The manager turned out to be the same employee who sold me the item. He conveniently disappeared and could not be found, leaving me standing there waiting and feeling embarrassed. The customer service lady's attitude was also aggressive and disrespectful. I stayed calm and patient the entire time and tried to explain the situation, but she did not want to hear anything I said. After being mistreated for so long, I said "jeez" out of frustration. She immediately mocked me by sarcastically repeating, "Yeah, jeez." When I responded that customers should not be treated with that level of disrespect, another female employee jumped in and yelled at me, saying, "Justin approved the refund," as if that excused everything that happened. I did not even know who Justin was, although I believe he was the same employee who had attempted to sell me the overpriced open-box mower. This was a very unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I do not expect to be misled into buying an overpriced open-box item, then treated rudely and made to wait unnecessarily just to get my money back.
