People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

Since then I have been using Chan at Kitchen Concepts for all my kitchen and tile needs. Have done dozens of kitchens with him and they are always high quality and more importantly always on time. Redoing your kitchen can be an overwhelming experience. There are so many little details and…read moredecisions you have to make that you don't even realize until you're knee deep in the process. When it came time to think about countertops, I was stressed out. Do we go with granite or quartz? Do we go light or dark? It was a lot. Thankfully, Stephanie was the real MVP and helped navigate the process making it seamless for us. She took so much time to explain all of the options and the differences to us that we knew right away we went with the right company. Once we picked out our specifics, E&S took over and our countertops were measured and installed so quickly. Evan and his team were efficient, professional and left no mess after they were finished. The granite countertops look so beautiful and we are so thankful we went with them. Evan noticed an issue with our floor transition, made a suggestion and now will be moving forward fabricating a saddle to help the rooms flow nicely together. We were able to go up to the showroom with our floor tiles and select a good match with Stephanie's help.
