I needed to replace capeting in a bedroom and stairway. We went to their store and spent 45 minutes with Glenn (15 minutes picking it out; 30 minutes chatting). Glenn gave us 3-4 choices (he had 100s to chose from) so we weren't overwhelmed. Glenn stopped by our house to check our measurements (he wouldn't trust mine until he verified them himself). Installation was great. Three guys who knew what they were doing and who cut up the old carpeting (saving me a piece which I asked them to do). I have always trusted Floor Decor in RVC. They have high quality products, the best in-store service, and professional installation. This is still true. Floor Decor recently installed new laminate flooring in my home, and the installers, Don, Paul, and Dylan were excellent workmen and did a beautiful job. Before going to the store, I used the "In Home Room Visualizer," which I accessed on Floor Decor's web site. So helpful in seeing how the new floor would look. We had some tile flooring replaced with a combination of vinyl and carpet. When we visited our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. I remember saying that I wanted to give him my business. Turns out it was a mistake. I was given an install date, a Friday when I had plans and had to be out of the house by a certain time. I was assured that they would be done by 2 and that it was a one-day job, after I repeatedly asked "and that includes removing the old tile, right?" He convinced me to take this install date because he had both the vinyl and carpeting guy available that day. Turns out that didn't matter anyway because the second the demo guys walked in they saw it was tile and went outside to make a call. They came back in, said they didn't know it was tile and that it was going to take longer. They did the demo and then said "We'll be back Monday to install the new floor." and left. I have an infant at home, we cannot be without a floor with all of our furniture moved out into the rest of the living space for an entire weekend. After some frantic phone calls and texts with our salesperson, he eventually was able to get the installation done the following morning. However the saddles all have nail gun nails that refuse to stay down and keep poking up, ripping socks. Also two of the vinyl tiles separated and I've been calling for coming up on 3 weeks trying to get a commitment for when they will come and fix it. The floor looks reasonably good but with the amount of easily-avoidable issues we've had I would never recommend Floor Decor to anybody. $7000+ for month's worth of hassles. read more

Floor Decor recently installed a new runner on our stairs and the installers were excellent workmen who did a superb job. After getting an initial quote, we shopped around and found a place who came in significantly cheaper and we decided to go with that store. Floor Decor called and asked if we had made a decision and after advising them that we would be going with someone else they gave us a better price. Yesterday, they installed a new kitchen floor and once again, the installer was meticulous, highly professional and it looks beautiful. They are honest and straightforward people who care about the customer and back up what the say. read more

I worked with Glenn and Christina to get some wallpaper I just "had to have" for my house. I was not sure whether I could get my hands on it, because it was from a UK retailer and I just randomly found it on Houzz. But these guys got it easily and they were so nice about it, willing to help me and even called me directly a couple times to check in with me on the order. Note: I live in Boston and did all of this remotely, but I still feel like I was in the brick and mortar store because of how nice they treated me. Picked a color at the RVC Store ,Stephen came to measure, (same day) I was just getting estimate, NO pressure from Stephen, took his time, addressed all my concerns . I signed up and got a fair price ! In two weeks carpet was ready for install , Stephen (owner) worked with me within my time frame . A great one stop shop (more than just carpet, tile, and hardwood). The sales personnel were friendly and attentive. The installers were expert craftsmen who paid attention to detail and it was obvious they cared and treated the install as if it was their own home. I worked with Alyson, she helped with the entire house including window treatments, reupholstering furniture, etc.; it's a complete design center. I spent a lot of money and recommended may people over the years at Floor Décor. I always dealt with Steve. After the hurricane I was in a hurry to replace a wooden LR floor. I trusted him to choose the way it was to be replaced. From the beginning it wasn't even. After a couple of years it got worse in many spots. I had a fire in my home six years ago..I did all my new carpet from Floor decor ..all was fine .however my bedroom color was to light and I had to replace it last year..the new carpet was buckling it's been about 22 months so I call to have somebody come stretch it no problem for 175$ ..they come all is fine till I go to pay and they tell me 200$ when they are done.. I explain Steve said 175$ worker calls him and this is what this idiot says just take the 175 and she can go f--k herself..not knowing me the customer can hear him right through the cell phone..so no I don't recommend this place ... read more

Had he let me finish he would have known I was looking for tile, not vinyl or carpet....took me five minutes to get through that, should have just listened.
