My mother in law wanted new carpet installed in her apartment. We went to Millennium to look at samples and get an idea. Sheila worked with us, answered all our questions, showed us multiple samples and gave us an estimate. After they came to measure the price was much lower, who doesn't love that! The price was perfect, they came super quick to install the work was great, and she is a happy lady! While we were there, I spotted an area rug, I asked for a little discount on it and Alan agreed. We all walked out very happy! Highly recommend! read more

Having seen the positive responses on Yelp we tried MCC and are glad we did. Gone are the days of politeness and warmth, but not here--there's an old world feel. Besides finding the best match for our attic and stairs, the wait time for our order was nothing compared to our experience with others in the past. The installation was high quality, efficient and tidy. We recommend MCC highly! read more

Great quality runner. The owner at the store was amazing and the installation crew was awesome.

I had my bedroom carpet replaced. The owners of the company, Alan and Mery, were a pleasure to work with. Carlos and his assistant did a beautiful job removing and replacing my old carpet with my beautiful new carpet! I will absolutely use this company again when I replace my living room carpet! read more

Excellent experience. Alan and Mary were incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. Prices were great. They have a lot of carpets in stock and so the store looks a little cluttered (for lack of a better term) but that means installation can occur right away. I walked into the store in the morning to pick out a carpet and someone came out to take measurements that afternoon. Carpet was installed the following day! Other carpet places told me installation would take a few weeks as they first had to order it. The installers were friendly, professional, and worked quick. The whole process was very smooth and I will definitely be using Millennium Class Carpet again in the future. read more

We are very satisfy with the work. I pass by the store all the time and finally decided to stop in today. The lady who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and had patience. She showed my husband and I the options and was able to set up same day installation! Although we didn't get any comparison quote but we find her prices very reasonable. Just the fact that we encounter great customer service and quick installation was worth the money. We had runners installed in our staircase. It feel much safer with these runners. Oh, they added a padding on each step - nice bonus. read more

We had a great experience with this company. We needed a new carpet to cover a staircase and found this location near our place. Sheila was so helpful and gave me the feeling like she's a relative with honest opinion and recommendation. The price she quoted fitted our budget and she was able to arrange for installation immediately. We originally went to Katz carpet in Long Island Jericho/Westbury area but was told installation wouldn't be until a month later. read more

Quality carpet with professional care! I highly recommend! Very accommodating to individual needs.

We had a great experience working with Sheila and her staff! They have a large selection of carpets to choose from and we were very picky until we found what we wanted. Delivery was just in a week because the manufacturer had it in stock so we were lucky! When they came to install the carpet, they were very professional and did a good clean up job with the mess. I will definitely use them again if if I am in need of carpet or recommend them to anyone looking to buy! read more

From the moment I stepped into their showroom and until my carpet runner was installed, I was extremely pleased with expertise and level of service I received. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able determine my likes and dislikes and helped me pick out the perfect carpet design.
