Sheila worked with us, answered all our questions, showed us multiple samples and gave us an estimate. After they came to measure the price was much lower, who doesn't love that! The price was perfect, they came super quick to install the work was great, and she is a happy lady! While we were there, I spotted an area rug, I asked for a little discount on it and Alan agreed. Excellent experience. Alan and Mary were incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. Prices were great. They have a lot of carpets in stock and so the store looks a little cluttered (for lack of a better term) but that means installation can occur right away. I walked into the store in the morning to pick out a carpet and someone came out to take measurements that afternoon. Carpet was installed the following day! Other carpet places told me installation would take a few weeks as they first had to order it. The installers were friendly, professional, and worked quick. She showed my husband and I the options and was able to set up same day installation! Although we didn't get any comparison quote but we find her prices very reasonable. Just the fact that we encounter great customer service and quick installation was worth the money. We had runners installed in our staircase. It feel much safer with these runners.
