Being in the pillow business you would think he could just make a replacement for it and deliver it. Instead he doesn't return phone calls or texts, lies about making a replacement and sending it, and keeps lying each time I hear from him -and I only heard from him once I told him I was filing a complaint with BBB- which I did.
