We were TOTAL newbies and had no knowledge of what renovations would take or where to start with picking out supplies. After visiting a number of places in Flushing (and trying to squeeze details and guidance from surly sales associates), Josh was a friendly breath of sunshine! He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for. After they measured our place, they quickly sent estimates and nice 3D renderings of my husband's dream kitchen. They worked with our contractor seamlessly and our beautiful kitchen was born! Also, one of the cabinet doors came damaged, and Josh quickly expedited a replacement door. We highly recommend Josh, Kenny, and their team. They know their stuff and are very patient (even when I gawked at the prices like a total n00b). We will be going back for materials for our bathroom renovation soon.

They came on a Friday to do a templet for my kitchen counter and backsplash and came back 10 days later with almost all the counters. Now 2 weeks later still waiting for the last piece. They were also doing in the granite top for my bathroom vanity. The wall is crooked, they took a templet and cut the granite straight instead of crooked to match the wall. What was the point to that? I am now entering week 3 with them to finish this project. HORRIBLE!!!

Once I chose an actual slab, my kitchen counters were ready for install in three business days. Installers were courteous and super professional. They covered my floors with drop cloths, paid close attention to cabinets and appliances- not to damage them, installed counters seamlessly and then cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Glenn gave us 3-4 choices (he had 100s to chose from) so we weren't overwhelmed. Glenn stopped by our house to check our measurements (he wouldn't trust mine until he verified them himself). Installation was great. Three guys who knew what they were doing and who cut up the old carpeting (saving me a piece which I asked them to do). (I can't remember their names right now, so I'll leave them out for now) The first time I stopped in, I spoke with someone about Fypon molding. He spent a pretty long time with me and gave me a very detailed quote and several weeks later we ordered them. Since two pieces were very long, we had them delivered. Very satisfied. Eventually we ordered many cabinet handles, shutters, house numbers, crown molding , colonial window trim, Sheetrock, plywood and Azek beadboard molding. Much of that was also delivered. Still very satisfied. Here, I feel like if I ask a question, and the guy I'm asking isn't 100% sure, he's not going to BS me, he'll ask someone else. That's great service. Overall, their prices are pretty decent, too. I highly recommend them. And I hope I remember their names so I can go back and edit this.
