So! Writing a review (5 stars too) for the place I picked out my slab in Jersey City but this is a big shoutout to the fabricator Ken and his installers. AMAZING. The precision of the cuts made by Ken in the shop and then the guys in the field to ensure a seamless fit was impeccable (and impressive). They were quick, careful, kind and efficient. Plus! I got soapstone - a very soft stone - and it had nary a scratch during delivery or installation. We just spent $2,200 on a countertop and sink that DID NOT come with a strainer. When we picked our countertop Ken showed us a sink that was in the store and had a strainer, then since that one we picked did not fit in our kitchen he said he was going to change it with a similar one. Today we got our countertop installed and the sink (which by the way is not nearly as nice as the one we saw in the store) came WITHOUT a strainer. Therefore my handyman was not able to install the faucet. Keep in mind that I bought 10 different kitchen for my job in the past 10 years (from different places) and never had a single sink delivered without a strainer. When we called Ken to complain he said that sinks don't come with strainers (really?), and he didn't have any in his store (lie). And to go buy it on Amazon as it's only $2 (it's actually $30 plus another trip to my house from my handyman). Quality of the countertops is average. AVOID. read more

Ken and his team are awesome! To be honest, I was a little worried when I first visited their showroom. It's a bit messy and they just let you browse on your own, (Most of the clients here seem to be pros who already know what they are looking for) so I had no idea what to expect. However, once I talked to Ken, I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me when I wanted to compare 3 similar quartz, looking up quotes for me and even suggesting that we go with a cheaper option since the look and quality is pretty much the same as the more expensive option. Not to mention, his prices are unbeatable! The kitchen counter top we ordered from them came ahead of schedule. He was very accommodating when we were trying to schedule the installation. On the day of the installation they were on time and quick. When they found out that one of the pieces was cut too big, they took the heavy piece back to their workshop right away to re-cut it and brought it back within a couple of hours. Despite the hiccup, they never complaint and had a great attitude the whole time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience shopping here. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

They remodeled my whole kitchen. New floors, cabinets, countertops, etc. I worked with Ken in the office, he was very nice and accomodating. They have a nice selection of tiles for the backsplash and floors. Cabinet selection was a little lacking but we found ones that we liked enough to use. They have a really great selection of granite countertops, I am very pleased with the ones we picked. The contractor who did the actual work, Thomas, was very nice and professional. He came on time every day, accomodated a few changes we made on the fly, and worked quickly and efficiently. The whole remodel only took about 2 weeks. The prices are really good too, they were definitely the most inexpensive of the installers I went to. read more

I would give Ken 10 stars if I can. We went to many shops who can't execute at Ken's price point and many don't even know how to execute what we wanted. Ken is responsive, professional, a straight shooter and true expert in his field. His crew are professional and did excellent work on site. How he managed to cut three separate pieces of large marble and make them look almost bookended is an absolute mystery to me. God bless. The outcome is truly stunning beyond our expectations. We had the pleasure of working with Ken, and having him put in our quartz countertops, and the difficult project of cutting and installing our full slab marble backsplash. They both turned out incredibly well. There are only two seams in the backsplash, and to our eye somehow Ken matched up the three pieces in a way that you can't even see the seams. This was really amazing given that he was cutting out of two full slabs and couldn't actually bookend them. Ken was responsive and on time throughout our numerous encounters. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who provides such great customer service, along with having an incredible talent for the work he does. Ken was so amazing to work with. The price was totally reasonable, and turn around times were great. We worked with him on installing counters into two small kitchens in old buildings in spaces that were less than standard. He went above and beyond in making sure the counter fit and looked great. I was very impressed with the care he took in measuring and how the angles and counter fit 100% perfectly into the space. He truly cares about the finished product, and even helped us find someone to correct some of the sub-par work that was done installing the cabinets and backsplash so that there wasn't a gap between the counter and the tile. I just picked Milestone because there are many great review about Milestone. Ken visited our apt and evaluate the price. It is really reasonable price compare with other company. Also he check what we want and he point the problem about our plan and give us the tip how to solve it. They use leadstone(https://www.leadstoneusa.com/) as a quartz stone. Frankly speaking,I was not sure about the quality of leadstone. however now I am using this counter top for more than 6 months and there is no problem. I already have the experience with other quartz counter top but this leadstone counter top is better and cheaper. I am so happy that I found Milestone and Ken. I highly recommend Milestone as a countertop specialist cutter and installer. I shopped around maybe 10 or so different companies and Milestone offered a very good price AND also had the fastest measure to install time. Some companies quoted me 5-10 weeks from measuring to installing, some companies were 2-3 weeks. Milestone was 7-10 days. (Its a little inconvenient to have no countertop in your kitchen and I was extremely happy to be quoted this time frame from Milestone.) I needed to match a piece of quartz that I already had in my kitchen and Milestone matched it perfectly. The exact color, width and edge was delivered to me and installed quickly and cleanly. My correspondence with Ken at Milestone setting up the process was extremely efficient and Galo who came and measured and then came back to install was a joy- He is very professional and helpful and knowledgable and very polite and friendly. Awesome selection, service and pricing!! Milestone was able to order and install about 50% cheaper than other competitors in the market, they don't nickel & dime you like the other shops do! It's one price which includes the slab, cut, edging and install. Selecting countertops is an overall difficult process but Milestone was very helpful, understanding and very patience with us during the entire process. We had our countertops installed quickly within a week and the installers were very skilled, cautious & helpful on making sure we were happy with the finished result.
