But after meeting the team at A to Z Renovations, I finally felt confident I was in good hands. They were on point, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire project. Every step was handled with care and clear communication. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. Five stars is not enough for the work Procraft Design and Construction did on our home. I cannot…read moresing enough praises for the overall experience I had with Glen and his crew. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

Fred Gjecaj and his company are without peer. They renovated my bathroom in mid-March 2020. Since…read moreI was keeping all my original fixtures (bathtub, sink, toilet) my main concern was they wouldn't be scratched or harmed in any way. Fred had to remove the old wall tiles, sheetrock and marble flooring before laying new glass tiles and ceramic flooring. My fixtures were unscratched. Their work was perfect. Then after this perfect job was finished, we had a leak coming from the shower body behind the newly tiled wall. Fred came back and worked with the plumber to remove four glass tiles in the wall so the problem could be fixed. Then he replaced the tiles so miraculously, one cannot tell which tiles were replaced. Aside from his superior craftsmanship, Fred is responsive and communicative. He and his crew were neat, punctual and completed the job on time, without added expense. To book Fred, you need to set up with him four to six months in advance. He's in high demand.

Do not use. I would give zero Stars if I could…read more I do not want anyone to have the same experience that I had. Not only was the work shoddy but the lack of communication was appalling. This company missed appointments. They didn't even contact me on multiple days to say they weren't coming. I had to reach out and then was told that they would be there the next day. Only to have them not show up again. Rinse and repeat. I had to pay for another company to come in and complete their work. There was an entire 6 ft panel missing due to mistaken measurements. They are the ones who originally measured the yard! I sent them a copy of their original measurements and they tried to say that it was incorrect. I had to remind them that they are the ones who came out and did the initial walkthrough to measure. Panels of the fence were put in backwards so that multiple nail holes were shown. I had to pay to get them taken off, flipped and replaced. They slapped up a section of the fence diagonally and I had to pay to get it realigned at a 90° angle. One random post was sticking up over the top of the fence. The fence was not straight. It was crooked going up against the wall. They left a pile of cement which hardened on my brand new pavers. I had to pay to get it chipped off and cleaned. They only called me back when I explained that I would report them and would seek legal means to hold them accountable. George aka Parwinder Singh is the owner. He does not direct his workers. In fact, his workers like Richie, spent more time bad-mouthing their employer and trying to convince me to do off the book jobs with him than doing the work. I hope this review saves someone the headache and time that I had to deal with. Go with a company that will be responsive to their consumer and take pride in their work.

I found this company on the Better Business Bureau after many companies I contacted (via word of…read moremouth recommendations) were nonresponsive. I spoke with Anthony first, who said I would hear back from them after the July 4th weekend for a gutter cleaning. They called on Monday to confirm someone would be stopping by between 9am-12pm to clean our gutters. Several days later, tropical storm Fay arrived and I can say our gutters are holding up very well after the cleaning. I would highly recommend this company.
