Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected better than this. Thanks, Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

He promised to get back to me within a few days with a proposal in writing,a sample and he's be ready to go .I was thrilled to find someone I had good feelings about. This was over 3 wks ago and I still haven't heard back from him-even after I called him to see what was happening. Given his seeming eagerness to start No matter how many good reviews ,why would you ever start a project with someone who is irresponsible before he even begins . These jobs are stress inducing and expensive enough !

He came by our house one night and on the first meeting, we went over our budget and what we wanted to have made. Alex understood what we were looking to do, took measurements and sent us a quote within 48 hours. A few days later, Alex came back to measure again and go over a game plan - I gave him a deposit and we were off and running. From there, I went to his shop to see the progress he making and everything looked beautiful. Fast forward 2 weeks later - everything was built and Alex showed up with one of his guys to install everything. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Samir! He is incredibly professional. Someone on…read moreFacebook recommended him to me when my kitchen cabinets had become worn and damaged in the corners. They either needed to be refinished or painted, and we decided to paint them. From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Samir!
