We started talking to her about our recent All-Clad purchase and although we know it's supposed to be a great pan we were unsure why ... she was amazing. She explained to us in detail why some pans were better than others. She walked with us throughout the store and explained EVERYTHING to us. At the end of our little browsing expedition we ended up spending about $600 dollars. And to be honest we were happy with everything we bought. This girl made our experience so much more than just buying pots and pans. She deserves a raise!! I really have never had a shopping experience like this. You could tell she clearly loved her job and the products. It's been a few months and we are very happy with everything we purchased that day!!

She then declined to make the call. Everyone should be aware that if you buy any well overpriced food item from Williams Sonoma, you cannot return or exchange it if there is a problem. Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

For my regular purchases I tend to order online in advance and pick it up at the front of the store. Main reason for that is that there is always a cash back incentive when done this way. Then, on my way out while all of this was happening, someone else came over and almost accidentally took my original order for a different customer, total chaos, phones, ringing, nonstop, manager was living in the clouds with not a clue with anything.
