She was happy to pull out all the floor options we wanted to see, matched it with backsplash tile, and even did some extra design work for us to see how it would look. Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

They admitted the defect existed but refused to cover the real costs, leaving my family to absorb the financial burden. This is unacceptable. Quality control is poor, and their corporate and customer service teams failed to provide any meaningful resolution. I cannot recommend Floor & Decor to anyone who expects reliable products or professional support. Ironic that you have to use the court system to get your money back.

Lowe's Home Improvement in Garden City, NY has a huge parking lot and I went straight to the paint section to browse at all the different hues and color chips. I selected upward and filmy green from the Scandinavian minimalism color collection. The staff member was friendly and mixed the cans of paint with the specific color chips. The whole process was smooth and flawless. If you need other supplies for your project -- primer, painters tape, brushes and more -- Lowe's Home Improvement has got those too. Another time I came back to Lowe's Home Improvement in Garden City, NY to purchase a light bulb and to make a copy of a mailbox key. I asked a staff member for assistance. He put my mailbox key into the Minute Key machine and it told the staff member which key blank he would need to use to copy it. The whole process was quick and seamless. The cost of the key copy was $4.98. The Utilitech 40-Watt Dimmable LED General purpose Light Bulb 2 -Pack was $7.18. Lowe's Home Improvement is such a great option for home improvement projects and it's affordable.
