Angela has been such a pleasure to work with during what most people would consider a daunting time, which is exactly what I was expecting. To my surprise and delight, Angela made the entire project easy and pleasant - yes, pleasant! She's fast, diligent, kind and a true professional who operates with ethics and fairness. I sent them photos of the existing woodwork, explained what I wanted, and immediately they sent me drawings and wood tone suggestions. I had barely just hired them when they sent me photos of the nearly finished table! (they told me if I didn't want it after all, they could use it themselves) :-) They don't live too nearby, but came out twice- once to double check the dimensions and wood tones, and the second time to deliver the finished table. They wore masks and gloves, were polite and efficient, and I love my new table. I wish I had other projects for them!!

Lin set up the appointment, Michelle came over to price out the job and take measurements and design the layout and Mr. Xeno and his crew did the work. Amazing people and amazing results! Lin keeps all the details straight, she's organized and smart. Michelle is the kitchen and design whisperer, with subtle suggestions on color, design and layout even when we changed things around multiple times. Then Zeno and his crew - Argentina, Socrates, Brian, Luis - neat, efficient and respectful of our home. So nice. We are in San Francisco Bay Area, so we worked remotely through weekly design sessions on zoom and used a 3D model to brainstorm ideas. She made recommendations for what to look for at the store and what to ask the contractors, and helped me refine which options to go with. Unlike some of the designers I met before, who always try to educate me about what is good and bad, Erin always tries to understand what I like and want first, and then help me search for the best options for my home. With her I feel totally safe about sharing what I really think, any ideas and concerns. And the most important thing is, she has such a great taste and extremely professional in design. Before working with her, I never know there are so many details need to pay attention to, and how different colors can have such a big impact on the whole look. And she can always come up with great ideas and solutions based on different situations and totally save my life during this project.
