My only issue was that we were told our customized vanity marble top would take 3 days tops but it ended up taking longer which caused all sorts of stress because our contractors were finishing up and we were unsure if it would be delivered in time to be installed. The man came to measure our vanity on a Tuesday. On Friday they called and we were told it will now be ready by Monday and will have their guys install it a day or two later. But the question is, who will install the faucets if we wait for them to install it because our contractors will be long gone?! So we opted to just have it delivered and will install it by our contractors. But when Saturday rolled around they said they're too busy on Monday and it could be delivered within the hour that same day (Saturday) and that they would need my husband's help to unload the pickup truck. The vanity top was not wrapped and there was a small imperfection but it's not big deal. Overall I'd absolutely come back again in the future and will continue to recommend this business to others. I would just wish their production and delivery process would've been smoother.

They both kept a level head and Marissa sorted out all of the paper work. And John was then able to quickly pull the items for pick up. I was a bit skeptical but we had Jay come by and take a look. One of the irritating comments that some of the contractors made was "this is a small kitchen". I am not sure if this was a dismissive comment or an observation. Nevertheless, Jay or Wil never made that comment. Jay had a plan drawn up in two days. He was extremely patient with us as we made changes to his original plan. I was a bit nervous when he quoted the price. I liked the price but I was concerned about the quality at that price point. The quality exceeded our expectations and we have received tons of compliments on the cabinet and countertop design and finish and the layout. We also had a bar installed in place of our Thomasville cherry china cabinet. Jay also helped us pick out the best countertops for these applications. He gave us samples of the cabinets and countertops to take with us to finalize our decisions. All in all, I recommend DC Cabinets and Jay.

We ordered a countertop with an OG edge (OG cost extra) from FMI on 12/28/2023, for our home project that started on 2/19/2024. After waiting weeks for FMI to come in and install a relatively small kitchen countertop corner area, and peninsula: one guy finally shows up, installs the wrong edged material in the peninsula, realizes the rest of the material was measured and cut incorrectly, and just leaves. We didn't find out what happened until 5:30pm that evening, when my mother got home from work and called me to ask why nothing was done right - including no OG edge, for which we paid extra. They had one job and got it completely wrong on day one. What's worse is that the construction workers did not go in that day, to give the countertop installer enough room to work (it's a small kitchen). So, an entire day of the project was completely wasted. We then wait another 2 weeks. Less than two days before they're scheduled to come back for the installation, we get a notice from FMI that they suddenly cannot make the date work and are "going to try to come in next Tuesday or Wednesday." Going to try. Next Tuesday OR Wednesday. Because of this second set-back from FMI, we have to once again push all other items further out than originally planned. At this point, FMI has single-handedly delayed a project that would have wrapped up in 3 months. Every other vendor has delivered on or before schedule. But we have spent weeks waiting for FMI to deliver on a project they assured us was well within their scope of expertise - of course, however, not before taking our money upfront. And we're still waiting.

Glenn gave us 3-4 choices (he had 100s to chose from) so we weren't overwhelmed. Glenn stopped by our house to check our measurements (he wouldn't trust mine until he verified them himself). Installation was great. Three guys who knew what they were doing and who cut up the old carpeting (saving me a piece which I asked them to do). They came on time and worked continuously until finished. I am very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them.
