    Delivered vanity with no countertop!!!

    Division Manager: Phil Bedry Assistant Manager: Tom Dubensky- VERY unprofessional Accredited designer: Charles Herbert BAD salesman On February 4, 2020 we made a purchase for a custom bathroom vanity, sink, quartz countertop, and bathtub totaling $5,285.57. We left with the impression that we would receive the items listed above via delivery in 3 weeks time, starting with a first delivery of the bathtub on February 27, 2020. To our surprise there was no delivery made that day. We went to to showroom to see why the delivery was not made and Charles Herbert told us that the three week period was actually for the delivery of the tub to consumers warehouse. We finally received the tub on March 3, 2020. We still had no finalized delivery date of the other items listed above. We waited another two weeks and they told us the remaining items would be delivered sometime around April 8, 2020. After much back and forth hassle with Tom Dubensky and Phil Bedry over the phone they confirmed delivery of the remainder items for April 12, 2020. April 12 the delivery comes and it has everything except the quartz countertop. We went back to consumers and spoke to assistant manager, Tom Dubensky. He had no words of apology for the item being missing and went on to place blame on us while throwing his coworker Charles Herbert under the bus by stating we should have been informed that we would receive an email or phone call from a separate company that does the countertops within 1-2 weeks of placing the order. We checked our emails and there was no communication from such company. As they were about to close that day, Tom stated that he could not do anything personally because he had no power to do so and the countertop company is closed on the weekends. He insisted that we would have to wait for Phil on the next Tuesday to get further information regarding our missing item. It been two and a half months and out bathroom still is jot complete because we thought we were working with a professional company. Clearly we were mistaken. Don't make the mistake we made of trusting this unprofessional company!

Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

I was a bit skeptical but we had Jay come by and take a look. One of the irritating comments that some of the contractors made was "this is a small kitchen". I am not sure if this was a dismissive comment or an observation. Nevertheless, Jay or Wil never made that comment. Jay had a plan drawn up in two days. He was extremely patient with us as we made changes to his original plan. I was a bit nervous when he quoted the price. I liked the price but I was concerned about the quality at that price point. The quality exceeded our expectations and we have received tons of compliments on the cabinet and countertop design and finish and the layout. We also had a bar installed in place of our Thomasville cherry china cabinet. Jay also helped us pick out the best countertops for these applications. He gave us samples of the cabinets and countertops to take with us to finalize our decisions. All in all, I recommend DC Cabinets and Jay.

    TLDR: I cannot recommend them enough…read more After my first time coming to Forever Kitchen & Bath, I was hoping I'd have a reason to come back and when we were ready for a kitchen renovation, they were my first and last stop. This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything.
