I took a number and after waiting about 20 minutes for my number to be called, was greeted by a design consultant - Thomas Dubensky. He was knowledgeable and patient. He answered my questions and then placed the order and indicated that the mirror was on back-order and should be available within 2-3 weeks. This was no problem for me. Happy to report that Consumers Kitchen & Bath contacted me by phone during the week and said that the order was complete. I scheduled the delivery and the order was delivered in perfect condition yesterday (Saturday). It took less than a week for me to receive my order from the time I ordered and paid for it! BTW, Thomas Dubensky was kind enough to facilitate me getting replacement parts for a Kraftmaid vanity I purchased 13 years ago! He furnished me with a copy of the invoice and details for me to contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement parts for the soft close drawers that no longer soft close.

In 2020 we had Star Mark Kitchen Cabinets installed. The cabinets have MDF inserts. We were told…read moreat the time the inserts were made of plywood. The quality and durability of the cabinets are horrible. The twenty year old cabinets we replaced actually held up better than the five year old Star Mark Kitchen Cabinets. We just wanted a different style. You can go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a better quality cabinet vs the garbage from Star Mark. The cost from Consumers to replace a door or panel is ridiculously high. Not worth the cost. I've learned my lesson. Save your time and money and buy quality cabinets from a different establishment. Shame on Consumers for selling such Low quality cabinets.

Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

The baseboard of the cabinets is constantly moving began cabinets are opened or you walk by and your foot touches it. This should not happen it is inferior installation. When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. Now I see they have filed bankruptcy and maybe that is why the customer service never replied. Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. I am not sure if this was a dismissive comment or an observation. Nevertheless, Jay or Wil never made that comment. Jay had a plan drawn up in two days. He was extremely patient with us as we made changes to his original plan. I was a bit nervous when he quoted the price. I liked the price but I was concerned about the quality at that price point. The quality exceeded our expectations and we have received tons of compliments on the cabinet and countertop design and finish and the layout. We also had a bar installed in place of our Thomasville cherry china cabinet. Jay also helped us pick out the best countertops for these applications.
