Finally, after the job was competed and full payment, Zicana followed up on some details and small scratches likely caused by us. Zicana was amazing to work with from start to finish. This is the first apartment I've ever bought, and they made it so easy for me. They were recommended to me by Caesarstone which we used for our bathroom and entire kitchen! Their craftsmen are so into the installation, it was exciting to watch them do their job. I also really appreciated their tips & advice. We really enjoyed working with them, and we love how everything turned out. If we ever need counters again, I'd definitely return to Zicana! read more

Only positive things to say. They replied immediately from the first email. Followed up and provided a quick service and turnaround.

We were ultimately happy with the work and the product, but we faced numerous delays and issues due to the initial employee we were dealing with dropping the ball and leaving the company. Tommy then stepped in and was very helpful and responsive. There was a mess we were left in, but Tommy was diligent and made sure everything was handled and completed to our satisfaction. Excluding the one exception, overall the show room and employees were all nice and professional. read more

I have used this highly professional group of artisans for several projects in my home. They settle for nothing less than perfection. Their selection of materials is second to none, and one time when I was looking for a very particular marble with strong black striping which they did not have, instead of asking me to make do, the owner actually took me to another stone fabricator to buy the stone from them - and he didn't do this because it was going to be a high profit job for them. Frank, the owner, did it because he has the soul of an artist and he liked the idea I had. I can't give Zicana, and his entire design staff and fabricators a high enough rating. I highly recommend this company. read more

Zicana was great all around, from the day we walked into the store and through to installation! Highly recommend them!!!

Zicana did an incredible job with our countertops. I was incredibly indecisive, and visited Bridget twice to see options and then to pick my actual slab. She was patient with me (and the entire staff was so sweet to my toddler, who had to accompany me! - they even had crayons & coloring pages available for her). We even trekked out in the rain to the slab yard to select the final stone. They were able to expedite our installation at my request, and the kitchen is absolutely beautiful, thanks in no small part to the quality of the quartzite stone I chose. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for stone. Thank you Zicana! read more

Everyone was just great to work with. They gave us excellent advice and guidance especially when looking at the stone with the template layover. It was so helpful in seeing how the stone would look in our kitchen. The installation was perfection, the seams were super tight and unoticable unless someone pointed it out. They were very patient, nothing was ever a problem, and their attitude was there is a solution to everything. Real pros. Would definitely come back without bothering to look elsewhere. read more

Now it is November 7th and Zicana shows up finally to install our bathroom counters and two complete kitchens and guess what, one whole kitchen is missing! The dirtbag Tommy never called and Diane the other employee assured us that everything would be installed complete except for the back splashes! Now, only one kitchen is being installed because they do not even have the other one done and ready! Another screw up by Zicana! I am a frontline healthcare worker and I cannot even come home and wash my hands in a sink, why??? Because the sinks cannot be installed without the counters being in!!! Why, again, because this guy is a liar!!!! read more

Zicana was recommended to my husband and I through a contractor that was doing some work on our house. We needed a counter top for a kitchen space we were building and of all the contacts we do have, counter tops was not one of them. So we called Zicana, spoke to Anthony, and he got the ball rolling very quickly. I told him what I was looking for, he made some suggestions on other options for me after I told him the main use of the space (which I appreciated) and I made an appointment to go to their showroom in Westbury to see the samples in person. The showroom was very nice and clean. It was nice to be able to walk into a place and actually physically see large samples of all the different kinds of material. When you see a tiny little 2x2 sample, you cannot really know if you like it or not so the showroom visit was very helpful in our decision making process. We placed our order and Anthony told us it would take a couple weeks which we understood. When our counter top was finally ready, we got it scheduled for installation. The install crew of three was very professional. They did a great job getting it in and making sure we were comfortable with where they were going to drill for the faucet. They cleaned up after themselves and overall, it was a seamless experience. I am super happy with Zicana and anytime anyone asks me for a recommendation for counter tops, I will be sending them here! read more

This is my first and last time using Zicana...The service was great until I purchased my slabs. It was down hill after that. They do this bookmarking, which is a service they provide for a fee. However, I ended up making the corrections myself. So be careful, they think they are designers. After going back and fourth with revisions, I was told 2 weeks..Im now waiting closer to 6 weeks with no install date. I was given a date but then the machines went down. I called Amex to reverse charges because they cant give me a date and the service that I paid for. The communication within the company is awful. DO NOT use this fabricator. Such a disappointment! read more

I met with Ashley when we went to look for countertops. She was very nice and said she would get back to us in a few days with a quote. She never called. Just awful. read more
