So why only three stars ? Management and the checkout counter ! Even if only 5 or 6 patrons are on line, you are guaranteed to wait at least 10 minutes or more . Why ? Management is oblivious to those loyal patrons patiently waiting, leaving spare employees on the floor while those finished shopping wait .... an absolutely rude and disrespectful attitude , no matter how you phrase it ........ I can say much, much more about experiences at the counter ( and certainly, most employees are very helpful ) , but suffice it to say that if one has a choice, the HoneGoods just a few miles away on Rt 110 , just north of its intersection with Northern State Parkway , will provide a far more pleasant experience, as will both the Merrick and Syosset outlets ......... Give this place a break until after Christmas, and let's see if patrons are given more respectful treatment !

I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. The prices here are really excellent compared to other tile places but I think due to the dye lot differences. LVP seemed like a great value

I immediately contacted the store because the website says there is a 1 year warranty on all furniture for manufacturing defects and this surely must be a defect! I was given an email address to send my concerns to, which I did which included a video of the wobbly place settings. After 10 days of no response I called back and after some searching, they found my email. I voiced my displeasure in the set and while I realized they would not take it back (even though it is in pristine condition, always covered since received) I was at least hoping for them to come and fix the problem. I was told that it is reclaimed wood and it's like that sometimes. In other words tough luck lady, deal with it! Buyers beware, the warranty is not as it appears!

Upon loading the recliner into the bed of my pickup truck, one of the managers (did not catch his name) that was helping to load it on, tripped over a furniture dolly and tore the corner of the recliner open. My brother and I did not notice and IF the salesman and manager noticed, they did not say anything. However, the manager was quick to have my brother sign for the recliner. Upon arriving to the house is when we noticed the damage. The salesman was called and we were informed that due to it being a clearance item, all sales were final. Also, since the warranty was declined, repairs would be at our expense. We explained that the damaged was caused by their employee and the photos were provided but it did nothing to sway them. While the salesman was personable, we are severely disappointed by the lack of integrity and dishonest business practice. The price online also included a chaise lounge, and was still less then Ashley's price with delivery. Also the people sent to put together the couch, didn't know how to, they claimed a clip was broken, we had to wait for the clip to be mailed to us, upon receiving the clip we called to have someone come over and install the new clip, and he told us nothing is broken, they just didn't set it up correctly.
