Not thinking much of it, as i purchase the blanket the cashier mentioned to me all sales are final. Which I understood as it's a clearance item. But as I get home to set it up, my dog gets quite interested in smelling it. (Not too strange) I give it a whiff and it smells like it was fresh out of the wash. Again not thinking much about it, I go to plug it in and it doesn't work. Now I'm flipping out because not only did I get screwed by someone switching a broken blanket out for another, I am now screwed out of $100 bc BBB says "all sales are final". The box didn't even contain an information booklet about the product. It's clear whoever accepted the package back at BBB didn't do their do diligence and just put the item back on the shelf. And as I call to speak with the manager about how they just robbed me, she offers no compassion and wants to say to me "well you should have checked and opened the box in the store" wtf kind of response is that. We were so looking forward to visiting this branch but were honestly quite disappointed. The sections were disorganized, and some items were placed on shelves with the wrong price labels. I picked up a couple loaf pans thinking they were $6 each based on the label on the shelf, only to get to the self check-out counter and find they were actually $12 each. I tried to get an employee to help me sort out the discrepancy and cancel the purchase, but this took at least 10 minutes because there was only one person very slowly attending to the many shoppers needing help at self check-out. It didn't seem that there were any employee-run check-out counters, and there weren't any other employees to help out either. Apart from all this, I had a horrible experience with their restroom which was DISGUSTING - ironic considering the store is literally called Bed Bath & Beyond. You would think with all the bathroom items and cleaning supplies they sell, they would be able to take better care of their toilets. Guess not. Probably will stick to online shopping from now on.

I had stopped in on a whim because we are planning to redo our kitchen. I was happy to see that…read morethis was a "one stop shop" and felt that the process would be easy. We scheduled an appointment for that week to have someone come by to measure. Two very nice gentlemen came by. They listened to my ideas and took measurement and photos. I heard nothing for two weeks so I called. I was told I would receive a call back; I didn't; I called again and again was told I would receive a call back. I finally got a call from the designer, Ryan, on a Saturday. Within a minute i was given a $$$ number, without any context. I told Ryan we would like to stop by the following Saturday. He said that would work and he would make the time for us. I emailed him during the week, no response. I called that Saturday morning and was told he was not in that day. I advised the person I spoke with that we wouldn't be available during the week and wouldn't be available for the next few weekends. I finally received a call from Ryan attempting to schedule "during the week and for the next few weekends". As we were busy for those few weeks, I emailed him, yet again, two weeks ago. I wasn't surprised that I received no response. I truly thought the showroom had everything I needed for my kitchen. It's just upsetting that your designer is less than responsible, attentive, and trustworthy.

We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! Lakeville Kitchen & Bath is for a while now part of RBC - Riverhead Building of Riverhead- the…read moreindependent family owned building supply store that has branched out all over the east end of the Island. Now RBS is merging with a 90 something year old kitchen dealer - that was for decades by the RR track on LI's south shore in Lindenhurst - They have a new space on the southern end of Rt 110 - Broadhollow Rd. Farmingdale. The showroom is new and spacious enough to properly display many lines they represent. Took plenty of photos to show examples. Best advice is do NOT get overwhelmed with kitchen jargon - like overlay.. inset .. painted.. Mid range, high end etc. There is no right or wrong. Showrooms let you get the look and feel of a kitchen and the inside of the cabinets.. how the drawers pull out... how they close. Etc Best thing is to pick a few that you like and ask for the price range and time to have delivered. I also usually ask where they are manufactured. Only a few places actually truly make cabinets on LI today - many claim to, but are really unpacking and or assembling.. and or painting. Lakeville is NOT manufacturing - they are representing the manufacturers as retailers - which means they need to sell enough to be authorized.. and so are familiar with the product. The salespeople know which ones are the best value, quality, time frame etc.. They have in house designers - that can help you plan the perfect layout. Think a few weeks ahead to not get disappointed if they have other people ahead of you for design work. We have been to Southold's RBC years back and were not wowed- then Riverhead itself and thought it a good showroom and excellent customer service... but this Lakeville division of RBC is their biggest showroom, and worth some time to compare cabinets. Much easier that just looking at door colors and a computer screen. Found lots of gorgeous displays and left inspired and closer to narrowing down the right choice.

Purchased our third kitchen cabinets from Lakeland Kitchen and never had an issue until this past…read moreyear. We purchased Medallion cabinets in 2017 and they began to buckle and the paint pealed off. I contacted Lakeland Kitchen and after numerous phone calls and emails Lakeland with Medallion sent Legacy Touch Up to repair my cabinets. I truly did not think the could be repaired but I am happy to say Legacy did an amazing job and expoxy and painting to repair the damaged cabinets.. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Lakeland Kitchens.
