The representative Michelle said, In all the years dealing with this manufacturer Kitchen-Craft whenever they stopped making a color they will no longer make touch up kits. But if you want to have the doors replaced they will customize for you. It can't be a few doors, it needs to be many. My kitchen is still young and we are seniors hardly use it. They should find a way to help me get a touch-up paint without unnecessarily replacing costly doors. Nicole, in reference to your response below, if you recall you transferred me to Michelle. As stated above, Michelle told me i could not just replace one or two doors. She referenced another customer who had 8 or 9 replaced. She was able to help them after a color had been discontinued. "They would customize as they were purchasing many doors and she didn't think the company would accommodate me". Obviously, the company has a way to make discontinued colors. I can work with a small bottle. It is very fair of me to hold you responsible when i was told i would never have a problem. You made no earnest attempt to help me solve the issue without replacing many costly doors. I will call company directly myself and see if i can get the color. Benjamin Moore makes a sea shell and it looks very similar. From what I understand online this company is in line with Benjamin Moore who still makes sea shell white. Hopefully they can confirm this is the same color. Maybe you have learned something here to help other customers. My purpose in writing this review is informative for other customers as 90,000 is a lot of money to spend and then be told there is nothing to be done.

We recently decided that after 20 years our Kitchen needed to be updated. We looked into replacing…read moreall our kitchen cabinets and countertops but after going to some cabinet manufactures we found it was going to be way too costly and beyond our budget. My wife came up with the Idea of having our original cabinets professionally painted and stopped by Anchor Glass and Cabinet in Great Neck. The Owner Greg came to our house to look at the kitchen and gave us some great ideas and designed a whole new look that totally transformed our Kitchen at a very fair cost that was in line with our budget. . He added beautiful new crown molding to the top of our original cabinets and then had his shop take off all the doors on the cabinets and had them custom painted ( with a color that we picked ) in his shop. His custom painter Kim then came to our house and taped and sanded and resprayed the frames of our cabinets and reinstalled the freshly painted cabinet doors . His capenter installed a new backsplash and Greg installed new handles on the cabinet doors. Greg's ideas and work totally transformed our kitchen. All of our friends can't believe how great our Kitchen looks. If your kitchen needs a new look I highly recommend Greg of Anchor Glass and Cabinet and his team of painters and carpenters. They are very professional and do excellent work .

From start to finish, they literally were the best experience out of all the contractors I used during my kitchen renovation project. I stopped into Roma just because I was in the area. ( I live out east on L.I. And my son lives in Bohemia). I did a google search because I figured there had to be a granite store somewhere close. ( I was doing renovation using Lowe's which I had no complaints, you just can't pick out the actual stone to be used) The reason I was looking was to see what other options I had in tends of counter tops and because I really wanted to choose and pick the exact stone that would be used and how it will be cut. With Lowe's, you only see the sample in the store and hope for the best. I walked into Roma and that's when I met Lisa. She was so welcoming and helpful with my questions. I felt really comfortable with them. We walked the lot looking at remnants and then the full slabs, and I found exactly what I wanted. From measuring to install, everything was extremely smooth and stress free. And the pricing I felt was great as well! I was even able to go into the shop, look at my 2 slabs and then with Lisa, we taped out exactly where I wanted the stone to be cut and used for each section. This was very exciting!! Installation day was awesome as the crew came, they needed 4 guys to get my beautiful 60x108" island top into the house, lifted and placed. They were amazing! Also, we had found this beautiful piece at another store (f & d) that we wanted to use behind the oven as an accent. She gave me an amazing price to pick up the stove, cut it and get it installed!
