Excellent workmanship, super responsive, easy to work with. Sammy gave us a good estimate on Monday, and was able to schedule us for Friday. It was a smaller job, refinishing the original wood floors in a hall, two closets, and living room. They showed up on time, and took care to cover the tile floor, and put plastic over the doorways and air conditioning unit. The sanding was pretty much dust-free, and they filled cracks between the floor planks. Sammy made sure to help us select the right stain to match the bedroom floor. Based on our other floors, he suggested an oil based product which was a satin finish. On Saturday, they put down one coat of finish, and told us to let it dry until Monday. On Monday, they buffed, vacuumed, wiped, and applied a second layer. We had to give it another full day to dry, and two days before putting a rug down. We are so happy with the way the floors look, and the professionalism of this team! read more

His prices were slightly cheaper (not the cheapest) than average quotes we got. We used Sammi and his crew to revive the 100 year old Douglas Fir floors. The finished product (oil based Mahogany stain with oil based semi-gloss poly) came out amazing. He only uses the best products. Due to the age, softness, and excessive wear on the floors, they spent more time than anticipated sanding. From start to finish it took 10 days. This is not a knock against his service. This to me shows that they do not cut corners and deliver a quality service. He filled holes (we had many), and replaced split/splintered boards. He brought in age/species matched wood from his storage/collection and I cannot tell because they match so nicely. We gave him the keys to the house, and he locked up after work everyday (we checked in every night to see how it was all coming together). He is always available on the phone, and he told me to call him if there were any problems. I am definitely going to use him again when we venture to rip up the linoleum in the dining room. read more
