I found Morales Construction through Yelp and I'm so HAPPY I went with them! Wilmer and his team did an amazing job!!!! Extremely professional, paid attention to detail, always on time, kept their word and made my vision come true! I had my basement renovated, some of the things I had done were : added some recessed lighting, painting, flooring in my laundry room, finished my closets, changed all hardware, added a sink, plastering and mounting TVs and my floating Vanity. Oh and I was really blown away when he created the wooden floating shelves I wanted... from SCRATCH! They are absolutely stunning and everyone who's seen them thus far ask me where I bought them! They also fixed plumbing and rerouted some electrical. I now have usable outlets and a sink in my laundry room! I'm loving it!!! I had an issue with the laundry because it would flood everywhere at times, I had 5 different plumbers look at it and no one was able to fix it... until Wilmer and his team came along! They completed a job in under a week that would have taken a month with other workers. Thier work is excellent. Wilbur is knowledgeable and talented. He saved all my original old doors and even reconfigured one into a bifold door to save space. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. I was looking for someone to fix part of the siding of my back door, when I contacted Morales Construction, I spoke to the owner, he was very professional, knowledgeable came over to see the job, we agreed on it and he started the job a couple days later, not only did he do an amazing job, he was very profesional, was early to the job, and has a great demeanor. You can tell he wants to do a good job and not rush. Aside from the original job, we were so impressed with his work that we hired him for additional work, he installed a screen door on the back, mounted two flushed ceiling lights on my back porch, and added an additional flood light to the backyard and fixed my closet door. I can not say enough amazing things about this company ! The communication is amazing and Wilber is so punctual and personable. I was looking for someone to replace a storm door and to cut a closet door in half so we can access the top portion of it since our couch was oversized and blocking it. Had a leak in the ceiling, once a plumber repaired it looked like we would need 2 new Sheetrock panels, and there was some mold in the attic from the heating pipe leak. Wilber came by 10 mins after we spoke on the form, let me know the Sheetrock was in good condition, explained what needed to be done for the mold and he took care of this with fair pricing, after the job was complete, I asked him to take a look at my storm door because it had some gaps and wasn't sealed properly, without hesitation Wilber headed down to Lowe's, came back and fixed the entire frame plus the bottom of the door for no additional charge.
