We wanted them refinished in a new stain color. Multiple other contractors told us this would not be possible and were pushing us to just paint them, which we did not want to do, or even just replace them with new cabinets, which was out of budget. Bob came in and saved the day, making what we wanted to accomplish seem like no big deal and just another standard project for him! He worked with our budget, professionally stripping down all the cabinets and staining them a custom color he created for our vision. He also modernized some of the cabinets to give our kitchen some new features. We now have our dream custom kitchen thanks to Bob and Tim! I highly recommend them!

I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

The stain were only on table and 1 leaf, the other 4 leaves were new & just needed to be lacquered. Also needed this table done by specific date because I needed it for a big party. He confirmed it will be done. Or I said don't start project before the party but after because I need the table for this party. He has his finisher sand entire table including all the leaves, changes the finisher half way through the project, they can't get my table to it's original color and texts me 1 hr before my party that he will not be delivering it because it's not dry. We had to drive around LI looking for tables to buy/rent as the guests were gathering at my house! This man has no respect for others or decency to tell us a day before or at least the morning of. Once we presented our frustration, he told us that he will not be delivering the table to us and we have to come pick it up. Once finally delivered, the table is 3x darker than original color and 2 leaves not matching the rest. DEMANDED TO PAID IN CASH ONLY. My husband brought the 2 leaves back to fix it and he refused, ignored call, avoided him and then once we walked in the shop and seen him in person he said he will have to charge us to fix it! When we returned to the same outdoor furniture store for suggestions, they recommended two companies for the repair of the straps. I decided to go on-line and find a location closer to my proximity than what they recommended. Atlantic Shores Furniture Service is located in an industrial strip mall. From my conversation with one of the owners, they specialize in most outdoor furniture repairs & restoration that include restrapping, umbrella repairs, and metal refinishing. They also provide many outdoor products such as cushions, umbrellas and other outdoor items. We were told that our restraping would be ready in three to four weeks. The good news is that they were ready in less than two weeks. The appearance of the finished restraping job definitely indicates that Atlantic firm believes in the quality and durability of their work.
