We had purchased high-end outdoor furniture from a popular outdoor furniture store on Long Island…read moreabout three years ago. After only three years, the seat straps were stretch out. When we returned to the same outdoor furniture store for suggestions, they recommended two companies for the repair of the straps. I decided to go on-line and find a location closer to my proximity than what they recommended. Atlantic Shores Furniture Service is located in an industrial strip mall. From my conversation with one of the owners, they specialize in most outdoor furniture repairs & restoration that include restrapping, umbrella repairs, and metal refinishing. They also provide many outdoor products such as cushions, umbrellas and other outdoor items. We were told that our restraping would be ready in three to four weeks. The good news is that they were ready in less than two weeks. The appearance of the finished restraping job definitely indicates that Atlantic firm believes in the quality and durability of their work.

Another disaster calling for Rosini Furniture to the rescue…read more I own a beautiful Chippendale-style dining room set that's about 80 years old. I adore the furniture and really try to take good care of it. Unfortunately, not once but TWICE a dear neighbor who was over for drinks broke off a carved piece from the back of a chair. He's not hefty; his physique just happens to apply pressure at just the wrong point . Anyway, he was surprised at my calm while assessing the damage. I explained that normally I'd need smelling salts, but I knew an expert craftsman who would repair the chair so well no one would ever know it had broken. I've used Rosini Furniture since 2018 and will NEVER go elsewhere. John is an artist. He has incredibly high standards for the work performed by his shop and it's evident in everything he does. I've written several other reviews that describe extensive work he's performed on my vintage furniture. Please take a look if you have time ... it may help convince you your furniture will be in the best hands possible because John is both highly talented and knowledgeable. P.S. My neighbor's being downgraded to a folding chair from now on
