But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

For years, I was deeply frustrated by manufacturer defects (chips in the finish) that left all 25 of my drawers in sad shape as you can see from the photo. Because these issues didn't surface until after the dealer's warranty had expired, the manufacturer refused to provide any assistance. When I first called Rosini, I was a bit reluctant, but Alex, you reassured me that you could handle the repairs. I am so glad I trusted you. The results are wonderful, and I am truly impressed that you completed the job exactly within the timeframe you promised. Thank you again for your professionalism and for restoring my furniture.
