During the visit, they convince you with promises of fast turnaround and quality work. But the moment they take your item, they completely disappear. After several email exchanges over a few days, I confirmed an appointment. They came and picked up my leather office chair on September 11th and sent a full labor invoice right away without providing material quotes, leather options, or a delivery timeline. After a month of endless follow-ups on my part, I finally received a leather quote. They asked for a 50% payment to start the work, but as soon as I requested the leather's specifications, origin, quality guarantees, and a confirmed delivery date, they stopped answering once again. Promises made by the company are repeatedly broken. As different public reviews show, this is their standard pattern: holding customers' furniture hostage while ignoring calls and emails. The negative reviews are real, take them much more seriously than the positive ones, as you are far more likely to end up as another unsatisfied customer. Avoid this company. Do not waste your time and energy with them; they are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy.

But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.
