I needed desperately to replace my dryer and…read moreunfortunately also badly needed a fridge and money has been mega tight lately. basically, i was in a position where i couldn't be picky -- and i have wanted the samsung bespoke fridge for years and settled for admiring it online while looking for a used dryer, i found elite kitchens and went in to look at what they had which is new, not used. the salespeople are great and not pushy -- the prices are so unreal they don't need to be. in under 5 minutes, i found my dream fridge. the salesperson recommended this washer and dryer, and while i research even tiny purchases, i didn't this time and bought all three. in and out in 5 minutes. you can't even find an associate at home depot that fast as it turns out, the washer and dryer are top of the line -- jeevesny keeps recommending it; I could not have chosen better. i had spent hours searching for a cabinet to hide what I thought would be used machines (before I found elite kitchens) in my kitchen, but these are brand new and so gorgeous it's not necessary -- i styled them like a mini laundromat and they look good in my kitchen! the fridge is pristine and beautiful, and due to an issue in my kitchen, i needed a replacement part. marian contacted me back immediately and said they had a spare one. that level of customer service is so rare appliances are not a frequent purchase, but after this, I'd never go elsewhere. they have amazing quality appliances that look stunning and perform perfectly, and the entire set cost what one brand new washer/dryer unit cost (something i was considering to save money) for the longest time, i thought I'd never be able to afford replacements, much less the very best replacements available, and my clothes have never been cleaner! they ship the pieces to your driveway, and I found an amazing installer who carried in and installed all three this economy has been brutal for a lot of us (especially in my field, journalism) and being able to get gorgeous, perfect appliances locally at a discount is a godsend. i have told everyone about this place, and i actually enjoy all of the laundry process right now, and for the first time in my life nothing sits unfolded. and I've wanted that fridge for so long that I still can't believe I have it without having 2-3 years of paying them off also, they're really cool about preferences. specifically, i wanted this fridge in blue and they had the panels and subbed them without me asking! if you want to save money on new but far more affordable appliances and put more money towards a kitchen renovation, go here. honestly, this place will be my first stop for as long as it's available because these appliances are nicer than the big box versions i bought new and replaced. idk why anyone would pay the big box tax for the same appliances when your budget goes so far here also I should mention I had a few questions post purchase (I'm a young widow with older kids so it's just me around here) and they were FAR more accommodating and responsive than a big box store could be in short, I cannot recommend this place enough and my new appliances have made me and my kids so happy. get your appliances here! there is also the added bonus of supporting a local retailer instead of the corporations that overcharge us and aren't available for questions after you buy. on that note, you call and a person picks up. you're not locked in to a date you can't change and we're so used to big stores and their poor service and overpriced stuff 100/5 stars

Some said send the dimensions and we will get back to you. Some said come to the store and pick what you want it's all the same. Best thing I did was call Shav. He came straight to my house when I called and started taking measurements. Little did I know at that time that this man would make us the dream kitchen. Shav is not just an artist and a professional, he's so flexible, honest and just a real people person. Not to mention his prices beat everyone else out of the water. The stress was overwhelming, Overpriced and the conversations were always void of details. We abandoned the project and went on vacation instead! Fast fwd 2 yrs, I finally found Royal kitchens and Bath from the internet. The reviews were all I had to go by (all genuine and positive) and then we met Robert and his lovely wife and our search was over! There wasn't any hesitation, reasonable priced, good communication and patient listeners. Robert's a straight shooter, doesn't promise anything he cant deliver and confident in all he can do. We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! It was a dream job, no glitches and if anything did popped up, it was quickly addressed and remedied. Our friends and family are in awe and we can't stop staring at the gorgeous outcome! The designer did a beautiful job (but she is no longer there). We had a large renovation done that…read moreincluded the kitchen, dining room and LVP flooring. While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.

The guy who measured our backsplash twice was not so great. He was 3/4" too short. We made it work but that should have never been the issue when we were specific about the measurements. We would use them again - but deal directly with Tina (so there's no confusion).
