Then you go out back to beautifully aligned rows and rows of all things nature. I've been getting my plant starts here since they opened. I get overwhelmed by the many types of fruit, veggies, flowers, and trees they offer. The service is hit or miss, but when picking starts, I want to be left alone and take it all in. Just tell me where to find what I want and go away. That might sound harsh, but anyone who takes gardening seriously, I think will understand. It's almost like a good meditation. Breathe deeply and take it all in. It does wonders for your mental health. I'd like to say it's pricey, but I hear how expensive plants are at every other place from Home Depot to Hicks. I've always had good luck with the starts here, unless I don't care for them well. May all your starts turn into beautiful ends.

So my daughter had worked on and we explained to them what we wanted even with a diagram and it wasn't correct. So we called Island greenery. After that, we ask Scott for a estimate for working in front of our house but never received any paperwork or estimate from him. Called him won't call us back. My son called them for an estimate and the owner showed up and said that they want to work for us anymore . I guess they really don't wanna make any money if they can't handle mistakes which they have to rectify Scott the supervisor can't take a criticism. Sad because we like Juan and the crew they have. I'm happy to announce that I am a proud owner of a snake plant, my first plant, ever! I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was polite and patient. Answered all my questions & helped me bring my new baby to my car. Prices seem reasonable. I spent $40.00 for a decent size snake plant. I will definitely be back, he assured me they would have the fiddle leaf in a few weeks. Can't wait!

Brian gave me a quote ($500 for 300 sq ft of sod), made some some sod recommendations (fescue), and in general it was a smooth, pleasant convo. However, the driver arrived 1.5hr AHEAD of schedule. This wasn't ideal, as I had errands to run... and then I was charged $540 vs $500 as was discussed. There was no heads up about this. Again, I'm impressed with the initial communication and the quick turnaround, but you can't add an 8% price increase without letting me know about it in advance.
