If you are renovating your Kitchen or bathroom and you want the best quality tiles, then take a look at Porcelanosa showroom! Their tiles and porcelain sinks and vanity units are very high quality. They are superior to the products sold at the big box stores (the orange and blue one!). Expensive? Yes! But you are worth it! read more

Love that they limit the number of people right now. Great selection of tile and vanities. It's been difficult to find showrooms with bathroom fixtures, etc. to our liking. We had a lovely employee help us put a few tiles together for our bathroom and she sent us home with samples. Quality products that you can see and touch in person rather than relying on Wayfair or some other website. read more

Sinks, faucets, bathtubs, titles, vanities. Modern, slick and sleek. Great place to visit when you need to redo your bathroom. Staff is very helpful and nice. The material is of a higher standard and quality. Price is a bit on the higher side, but still affordable. Tiles and vanities are very well made and built to last. There are many to choose from and many different styles, colors, and textures. This place makes those fancy pictures in magazines come to life. read more

Susan was GREAT! She helped us with our bathroom renovation. We ordered a double vanity and a floating wall cabinet. She was always helpful, even when she was stressed with many rude customers. Our bathroom is finished and we love it. Thank you, Susan, and Porcelanosa. Now we have to start deciding on the kitchen. read more

They were very nice and helpful. Gave me tiles to take home. They have a beautiful store with gorgeous tiles.

I went to the store did not realized it's by appointment only. when asking a simple question like how to get an appointment, the lady just had a very nasty attitude answering back. She told me she control all the appointments. I can stand there all i want. If she doesn't confirm I won't but able to get one. Wish my experience there could be more pleasant. Hope their top management can train their employee to be more friendly toward customers. Even if i am just a walk in customer. read more

If you ever want to daydream about a gorgeous bathroom, go to Porcelanosa's showroom in Westbury. Personally I can spend hours there just looking at everything. If you want your bathroom and kitchen to look fancy, this is the place to be! The quality of the products are pretty high calibered. You wont find tiles as nice as Porcelanosa's at the home megastores. Porcelanosa's tiles are from Spain. Everything in Porcelanosa is beautiful. I plan on using Porcelanosa tiles in my bathroom and kitchen. I can't wait to see the finished product! More pics after my renovation! I can't wait! read more

For those who know Porcelanosa, not much needs to be said about the phenomenal array of products it offers for beautiful, modern homes. Nearly all the tiles, fixtures, and an entire kitchen in our residence is from Porcelanosa. And a few years later, the materials still look like new and always spark a smile from anyone seeing our home for the first time. BUT, as or more importantly, the service at this Westbury location is unreal. The manager, Susan Gilberg, is truly a pleasure to work with. That was the case when we planned our renovation...and it's the case again, even years later when we had an issue with a sink. Despite the time that had passed (I was late in coming back with info), Susan ensured my issue was addressed and a replacement sink was kindly provided. Susan embodies the reason customers like me will come back time and time again while also enthusiastically referring colleagues whenever the chance comes up. If you're seeking stylish, quality European materials for your renovation and want superb service to go along with it, the Westbury Porcelanosa is a choice worth making any day of the week! read more

We decided to check this place out because we were remodeling our master bathroom and this place was near my parents house. We walked in, and out of the five ladies working there, not one of them acknowledged us. We thought they might've just been busy and would surely come ask us if we needed help while we browsed. We were in the store for almost half an hour and passed by the "sales associates" several times and were never asked if we needed help, or even said a simple "Hello". This place lost our business for simply having the worst customer service i've experienced in my life. They really should talk to their people about customer service, it doesn't hurt to crack a smile and say a simple hello to customers when they walk in. read more

DO NOT BUY!!! I did my entire house with Porcelanosa at the Westbury store. Porcelanosa will not stand behind their product. I had a problem with a tile that was paid for that came in defective and they won't pick it up or give me back my money. The sales people won't help me and they won't give a person to contact. I've called numerous people and sent at least 30 emails. Now I have to go to small claims court. This has been a frustrating experience!!!!!! read more

Susan is so knowledgeable and helpful. She spent over an hour with me helping to choose tile for my condo in Florida. The selection is huge and the displays are exquisite. This is my go to store for expert advice and great customer service. read more

Susan was extremely helpful and patient during my tile selection and order process. Additionally she gave me some hints as to how to maximize the tiles I purchased for the kitchen. I would highly recommend this location and asking for Susan Gilberg if you are on or new Long Island read more

I recently purchased their Linkfloor Vinyl Flooring and was horribly disappointed at the quality of the product and the customer service in trying to fix the matter. To start with this floor is very flimsy. It is plastic with a design on top so it feels funny when walking on it especially when walking from one room that has different flooring. Installation: Very simple installation. First you lay a thin foam layer padding that you purchase from Porcelanosa and then you float the tiles above it. You simply click the tiles together nice and tight and they lock in. When the floor was done it looked great. After a few weeks the floor starts to shift and you see gaps in between some of the tiles and you see the line of where they click together and there is nothing that can be done about it besides removing the molding and reinstalling which will yield the same problem. The handling of the situation with Porcelonsa was very poor. They came twice to inspect it and concluded that it was not installed properly even though it looked great for the first few weeks. I can tell you that my installer was a very experienced carpenter for 35+ years of expeirence whom I have used several times in the past. I watched him install it and it was perfect. The issue is obviously this type of product. I highly recommend staying away from this product for both quality and final outcome. read more

When you go into this store for the first time the staff is nice and eager to sell. Once you purchase and leave the store then the nightmare begins. Firstly they never reply to emails nor answer the telephone so my husband and I had to literally walk in the showroom to get attention. Melanie Ocampo was the salesperson and replied to us that she is with a customer very rudely. We were so shocked at her response. Our order has many issues that related to the lack of time spent reviewing our order. We were missing items and had to be constantly following up. In the end I am so disgusted and fedup with this whole situation. This morning was the last straw when I emailed Melanie and you can see by her answers in the email how rude she was. the products are beautiful but do not buy from the location at Old Country Road. any other location will probably have better service. read more

We bought tiles on 11/30/2019 and nobody call us discussing for shipping schedule. The sales person told us it will take 1~2 weeks for shipping but now we even don't know when we can get it. Does anyone can help on this? read more

Wow! What can I say but thanks SO much to Susan and her staff at Porcelanosa in Westbury. Not only do they have an amazing selection of the most beautiful tile anywhere but the design help, guidance and insight were above expectations. Susan was always there to help, and give me honest and truthful opinions. Highly HIGHLY recommend if you are in the market for a new bathroom or kitchen. It is my first & only place I go to look at tile (and I have shopped other tile stores before without this type of selection & help) I also know that tile here is not found anywhere else. Quality and design exceptional! I know every time I buy from them, my home is that much more beautiful Thanks again to Susan for all her help and patience. read more

Full of angst and not knowing exactly what I wanted for my 1900 sq ft full renovation condo in Florida, Susan Gilberg, mgr at Porcelanosa, relieved me if my concerns by spending a great deal of time with me helping me pick out my floor tiles, wall tiles and design tiles. Her taste was impeccable and her interest in putting together a spectacular architectural and visually pleasing effect was incredible plus my 40% savings only added to the experience. For her alone I would recommend Porcelanosa. Plus their choice of design tiles is like no other. read more

You can actually build your dream bathroom at Porcelanosa. I always thought Porcelanosa was too expensive and I couldn't afford it. But the stuff at Porcelanosa is actually not crazy expensive like I always thought. I decided to stop by one day to take a look inside, I was walking around and looking at all the things inside the shop. A lady came to me and just said hello and said if you need any help, just let me know. She told me later on most of the people that comes into Porcelanosa, don't really want to be bother and if they want some help, they will go to one of the desk where the sales ladies are sitting. I actually bought many things from Porcelanosa and will be renovating my bathroom. I guess all the sales ladies should at least say hello to the people walking into the showroom. But I've been there at times when all the sales ladies are very busy. Also, for people who doesn't know Porcelanosa, the company is from Spain and their factory is also from Spain. I would highly recommend going to Porcelanosa, if you're planning on renovating your bathroom or kitchen. read more

At first glance the showroom is delightful however they lost a potential customer who was ripe and ready to purchase or at least discuss redoing my bathroom. I went there because of the positive reviews. However I was there at least 15 minutes and no one came over to me to even at the very least to acknowledge my presence! How unfortunate I had better service at Cancos or Home Depot read more

If you are looking to create or renovate your kitchen and bath, there is no other place to start buy here. No other store has the amount of selection they have! But more importantly, the staff makes the whole experience easy and delightful. Go look for Susan - you won't be disappointed! read more

The product is great no doubt but I'm a little leery about how this company does business. As I understand it there's a flat fee of $80.00 for delivery;  so if I run short on my job ( we all know how construction goes ) then for every additional box I need there's a shipping charge, there's no store pick up (not even for a bag of grout) and the only other option is to go to Ramsey NJ which is a waste of time. Here's the good part, if I even have one box of tile extra or even a mosaic to return, I have to pay a $80.00 pick up fee and have it picked up. Now isn't that ludicrous?! Oh and get this there is a 20% restocking on every return. What?? So if I bought something as small as a robe hook or even a bag of grout I can't return it in store, the 80 pick up fee is mandatory and if I returned it 5 days later there's a restocking fee. I mean c'mon people. I just think for a company as big as this should have a better return and delivery policy. You've already lost a customer. read more

I must say being to this store has been quite an experience. About two weeks ago my husband and I were browsing, and we had a question and the first person we saw was a blonde lady in the front. Before approaching her desk she immediately said something to the effect of she can't help us because she was dealing with her mortgage lady and one of the girls would help us. It was not what she said it was how she said it, like we were being a bother and we were a bit put off. We were helped by a very nice young lady but while browsing someone else proceeded to ask a question of the lady and she responded that she has too much shit to do that one of the girls would help and stuck a cigarette in her mouth and went outside. At this point I was so disgusted I didn't even want to look at anything in the store. There was so much wrong with what she said in our duration there and I had to wonder why someone was allowed to speak to buying customers like that. I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to say something because you just lost my business. read more
