Due to our schedules, we had to go on a Saturday. You can walk in from 10am-5pm and the appointments are first come first service. Make sure you call for the house as there is a service counter hours and showroom hours and they differ. We had to wait about 30-45 minutes after we arrived and it wasn't too bad since we explored the showroom during the waiting time to get an idea of what we wanted. We also had our 3 month old who enjoyed the laps around the showroom for a snooze. We met with Carlos who reviewed our list of items and gave us ideas in our price range. He understood our style and budget. We appreciated his help and printing out our options so we were about to show our contractor.

TLDR: I cannot recommend them enough…read more After my first time coming to Forever Kitchen & Bath, I was hoping I'd have a reason to come back and when we were ready for a kitchen renovation, they were my first and last stop. This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. They made an otherwise stressful reno feel like a breeze. I highly highly recommend Forever Kitchen & Bath - you will not be disappointed at all.

In April 2026, Wren Kitchens abruptly shut down all US operations and filed for bankruptcy -…read morewithout filing a WARN notice, without notifying employees, and without informing the thousands of customers who trusted them with their homes. Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. The spice drawer design is especially frustrating--only two drawers are actually usable, and the first one is basically useless because you can barely put anything inside without preventing it from closing. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality and functional cabinets. Unfortunately, the finished product does not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend these cabinets based on my experience.
