This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. They made an otherwise stressful reno feel like a breeze. I highly highly recommend Forever Kitchen & Bath - you will not be disappointed at all.

Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. The baseboard of the cabinets is constantly moving began cabinets are opened or you walk by and your foot touches it. This should not happen it is inferior installation. When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. Now I see they have filed bankruptcy and maybe that is why the customer service never replied. I owe them money but will now insist that they service the inferior installation before paying them anymore .

I ran to Kitchen Concepts because I always pass by this place and I met Chan who ended up helping me and getting me the cabinets I needed right away. Since then I have been using Chan at Kitchen Concepts for all my kitchen and tile needs. Have done dozens of kitchens with him and they are always high quality and more importantly always on time. I am never short or have anything sent wrong (unless its my fault!) He is always understanding. There are a lot of kitchen cabinet companies popping up and some have tried to give me estimates but most dont speak english or are unable to measure correctly. Poor installation, including misaligned cabinet doors as well as misaligned base cabinets and seams. Terrible service including missing deadlines and return calls.
