I had such a great experience here. The day I walked in their salesperson ,Logan , was by herself and busy with another customer, but still greeted me with a big "hello" . ( I like being acknowledged as I walk in to a place and not just left to wander) When she had a moment , she excused herself from the client she was helping and asked about my project. She directed me to some tile that may suit me and then said she would check back with me. Others came in after me and I even commented to her " I liked how you greeted each person and explained you would help them as soon as you could. " I hate being ignored in a store just because someone is busy. A " hello , I'll be there in a moment. I'm with someone now" means a lot. I was looking for subway tile for my kitchen and already had a patterned tile for over my stove. The subway I thought was suitable was too busy ,she thought ,and she suggested another that worked out so well. My husband and I finished the project in two days just in time for Christmas. My family loved the tile especially what Logan suggested. It had a slight wavy texture on it and there were different toned tiles so it came out lovely. AND, Logan checked back afterward to find out how it turned out. I sent her a picture (: I will return to Procida for my next project. That's for sure. read more

An indecisive customer who enters half hour before closing can make almost anyone shudder. Not Anna, a designer at Procida. She warmly greeted me and asked what type of project I was working on. She gave me time to browse without any pressure. Sensing my conflict Anna joined me and began asking questions to define my personal style. Her design expertise was extremely valuable. She gave my home the look I wanted, modern, clean, sophisticated and just to be certain she sent me home with samples. It was well past closing time, pouring out and a kind employee offered to carry the heavy sample tiles to my car. A few months after my home project was complete I returned to Proceida. This time working with Anna and Denine on a business project. Both these talented women and the entire team at Procida delivered! Everyone went above and beyond. It is evident are great at what they do and they are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Just completed a renovation and Procida Tile provided the tile and coordinated the paint colors. The customer service from the manager/designer Anna was top notch. The showroom is laid out beautifully so it made choosing tile effortless. Once Anna realized what I liked, she brought up more pieces of the tile to help give me a visual of what it would look like in the room. Anna put my mind at ease and was happy to work within my budget, only showing me selections I could afford. Megan was so sweet to work with as well. So helpful. Even the gentleman (forgive me, I forget his name), who delivered my tile was a joy to work with. It was a hike for me to get out there but totally worth the trip. I can't say enough good things about there help and assistance from the warehouse workers, to their delivery guy and their design staff and Their tile is top quality I redid 2 bathrooms and they came out gorgeous due to Procida's quality tile and their design assistance. Anna helped me on both of my bathroom projects and she was so helpful and had some great ideas. My tile installer had some questions and I emailed Procida and they answered me in less than 24 hours When they delivered my order I wasn't home but the truck driver called me and I was able to have him open my garage so he could put the order in there what service no one ever does that read more

Due to unexpected major construction in my home, I had to replace all floor tile throughout my downstairs, replace kitchen backsplash, and tile walls and floors in 3 bathrooms. An insurmountable undertaking!! From day 1, starting in August 2019 to project completion in February 2020, Deneen spent endless hours with me to make sure each and every detail was tended to, yielding an exceptional end result. She was an absolute pleasure to work with; always patient, extremely informative and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure each detail was perfect. These projects came out better than I could have ever expected and I can personally thank Deneen!! HAVE to give it 1 pity star only because I couldn't give it 0. Came here despite all the horrible reviews, and it lived up to all those bad reviews. Rude staff. Assumed we couldn't afford certain tile because my fiancé and I look "young". We were questioned about our age. Absolutely NO clue how to attend to a customer, let alone provide any kind of knowledge or service. Do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time going. read more

Mistakenly, We Spent over $10,000 on marble for our new bathroom with Procida Tile. Procida Used a mix of pallets leaving us with different looking pieces not to mention obvious imperfections and a shortage of the required 24 x 24 pieces. They then decided that WE should take a ride to New Jersey ourselves to take a closer look at our options. When we requested to see a sample at the store prior, they shipped the wrong one. After trying to work with them, We decided to part ways. Procida decided that the sale was going to be final. Thankfully, American Express helped us to dispute this charge. Dont make the same mistake we did, find a retailer that cares about the customer, not the dollar. read more

Inattentive, they don't greet you when you walk in. They'll literally look right in your face and don't acknowledge you. Employees who are not assisting customers are not eager to help. I was in the store for 15 minutes waiting to be helped before an employee who was doing noting decided he wanted to work. The entire time I was there I was holding a tile (that the employees looked at when I walked in) that they didn't carry the size of. Would've been nice if someone said that when I first came in and the looked at it. Instead they had me stand there for over 15 mins (did I mention they weren't doing anything) to wait to tell me they didn't carry what I needed. They have a sign on the counter that says if you leave them a "positive review" you could win $75. Based on that I would not trust any positive reviews on them since it would be bias for the purpose of winning money. When companies offer incentives for reviews they don't specify that they must be positive. Obviously they don't want the truth, honest reviews, to get out. read more

I gave one star because I liked the presentation and selection they had to offer. I did not give anymore stars because of the service and attitude received from Anna. As a salesperson, your job is help, support and be respectful to the customer that you are working with. Instead, Anna was not helpful, she is very opinionated and extremely rude. It's one thing for people that work together to talk about their day and their customers behind close doors but what shouldn't be happening is to talk trash about your customers and than make comments upon arrival. To be more specific, Anna and Logan apparently had a lot of comments and things to say about me. Mind you, I have not met Logan yet she had the nerve to make a comment about me when my boyfriend returned to the store. This dynamic duo showed how immature they are and how they don't know how to be professional in their work environment. Because of Anna and Logan, I do not recommend this place. The front desk and lady salesperson have extreme attitude issues and give the impression that they are the only tile store around. Counter top price was also $30 above other stores! Sales staff were on point. We arrived to pick out tile for 2 bathrooms and within minutes of starting to work with Denine about 5 or 6 more customers came in. It was so busy but Denine and the other worker handled it all quite adequately. I never felt that she was rude, just busy, and her opinions and design direction were outstanding! Just bought a new house and needed some renovations to be done. Being a first time home owner i was very overwhelmed with designing my kitchen and basement floor. The woman that works there helped me out tremendously and really gave me some good pointers on making my kitchen look larger with certain tile sizes. Like the others said this place has rude and lazy staff. I created this account just to write this review. I went in on a Saturday morning and was looking around for a bit with no one coming up to help or greet me. I then saw a chance to speak with an employee and I told her that I needed wanted a specific looking Tile and wanted to know what the different pattern options was without having to waste time flipping through the whole store. The answer I got was I had to go and look through the store myself to see if I can find sheets that has the look that I wanted. At that point I just left and walked out of the store. A note to the owner: I'd really suggest you hire better staff who is not only knowledgeable of inventory but actually know what customer service means. If the employee had been more helpful you would've made money and I would've been happily on my way. It's hard to imagine in this day and age where people can actually make it hard for you to spend your money with them. read more

The salesperson Denine who helped me was also helping other customers which gave me ample time to consider her recommendations and look around at all the other options available before making my choice. Will pick up tile in a month and she assured me in writing that I had a month from then to make any order adjustments before installation. From the minute I walked in my experience was nothing less than 5 Star. I've read the other reviews and they can't be further from what I experienced. When we walked in Denine was behind the counter , we told her what we were looking for and she took us to a large selection. She was professional , courteous and friendly. She recommended an installer who was nothing less than a craftsman. The tile was delivered on time , the driver even called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. We bought tiles from them in 2010 and then changed our mind as to the tile. We went in wanting a refund and William Cook was RUDe and disrespectful. We took them to small claims court and won and still do not have our refund. They are a horrible place to do business with and I will not give up until I receive my $1800 dollars back! read more

We had a bad experience. Bought $700.00 worth of tile and my installer tried to lay some of it and couldn't continue. Small pieces were falling of sheet and others were chipped. When I tried to return unused tile, they said "no"- special order (which they never told me). Wouldn't even listen. Beware! read more

I just had a good experience here last week. They don't have the biggest or fanciest showroom but I found Deanna to be very helpful and straightforward. I needed tile for our kitchen within a few days and knew pretty much what I was looking for so I wasn't there to browse. Deanna showed me what they had in stock, let me take a few samples home and I was able to place the order the next day. Delivered free to my house two days later with grout. Tile is excellent and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. read more
